Pizza Hut, Crowley TX

We ordered and wanted the no contact delivery. Our food got there quick and was hot and fresh. The delivery driver left the food right where we asked and was very careful with placement. Delicious! Our night was made.

TERRIBLE customer service, kids working at night keep saying they can’t hear you when they answer questions. I ordered food and half wasn’t delivered. But they play games.

Ordered the new york pizza and omg can we say oily.the pizza was so oliy the chesse was orange had to take a napkin and dab the oil of the pizza not to mention the crust paper thin soggy from oil just overall will not return for a heart attack.ill eat chicken.

My pizza didn't taste fresh even after we had to wait on it. It looked as if it had been sitting and someone decided to run it through the oven again. It was burnt and absolutely gross. Will not go back there ever.

Everything was as I ordered it and the only reason I not giving 5 stars is because it got here 20 minutes after the time it would arrive.

The delivery driver was an a hole because I didn’t have a any cash to tip him which I put a tip on the app like sorry you make 7 dollars an hour not my fault: (

Had new crispy melts pizzas. They were better than the original. Order them winlth the toppings you want.

Quoted 35 minutes for delivery at 9: 00. Order arrived at 10: 22. Tried to cancel at 10: 10, sat on hold until my order showed up. Toppings are wrong on both pizzas. No sauces that I ordered came with.

We've ordered from here twice and both times the pizza was delicious and the service speedy! Unfortunately we are only in the area temporarily or we'd order from here all the time. Too bad the Pizza Hut where we live is awful. Props to whomever manages this restaurant. Well done!

The boneless chicken wings were about the size of a 50 cent coin, not what I expected and a rip-off. The only reason I give it two stars was the pizza was good.

The pizza you get for free is fresher and better than the pizza you pay for! Customer service always top notch though!

I placed an order online for delivery. The food arrived and the food was totally not presentable AT ALL. I took photos to submit to cooperate because I will not let this go. So I had to get out of my bed and drive to the location for my order to be fixed correctly and the staff on duty was completely unapologetic and nonchalant about this issue. I will make sure to post this picture and tag the location this is not the first time this has occurred and been brought up. Nothing is never done, if you don’t like your job then quit simple. Contacted cooperate with this because why pay for a delivery service and you still have to leave to go back to the store for the order being messed up. That location needs another staff those that take their job seriously. Jenny is the staff member name. Then on top of that while in the store waiting on my order, jenny gave out the wrong pizza to another guest and they brought it back in after noticing it wasn’t their order, jenny then opened the pizza again and decided to just place the pizza in the warmer for it’s correct owner whenever they arrive. Instead of just making it fresh after been opened numerous of times causing cross contamination I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. The entire staff needs to be fired!

WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! I ordered pizza over an hour ago and no one is answering. I've called on multiple different phones and the one time I got a person they hung up. WHERES MY PIZZA!

Guy delivers my pizza. I pay and tip him and he keeps five dollars of the change for himself as well as getting the tip. Not doing business here anymore!
