Never again. Text said the pizza was out for delivery at 5: 43. Called at 6: 40 and they had lost my pizza somewhere. The only option I was given was to send it out again. It’s 7: 00 and I have a house full of people waiting. No offer what so ever from the store to make things right. I wouldn’t waste my time with this location. Finally arrived at 7: 08. Not even a simple “Im sorry”

I ordered food for friends at there house do you know we order the food and no pizza guy showed up after 10: 40 rolled around we gave up and went to whataburger. I will be calling that store tomorrow or after holidays.

Pizza Hut stepped their game up! I had stopped ordering from them for a while because of poor quality and service. I decided to try them again and I was pleasantly surprised. The look and the taste was perfect!

Horrible. I'm at a loss for words. We've been ordering from Pizza Hut for years, but since moving to the service area of the the Canyon Golf Rd. Pizza Hut, we've had a poor experience. Orders are wrong about half the time. We haven't been reimbursed for items not delivered even after calling. Tonight was a real shock though.

Order for 2 pizzas placed at 7: 55pm. Text message received from Pizza Hut at 8: 04pm that pizza would be arriving via DoorDash at 8: 43pm. At 9: 02pm I call the number to the DoorDash driver provided in the text and it goes to voicemail. I then call the store and am told "Oh, yeah we don't have any drivers tonight so we're using DoorDash. They were supposed to pick up the order but they never did. "

So no phone call? Cool, thanks. What's the back-up plan? I'm told we can cancel the order or pick it up ourselves. Now, I'm finally irritated enough with all the little things over the past few months on top of the complete failure tonight that I asked to speak to a manager. I'm then told that I've already been speaking to Daniel, the manager. When I ask Daniel why there have been so many issues with this Pizza Hut recently, he says nothing at all, no response. I ask, "So how can we get this better? What can you do to make it up to the customer for all of this? " He responds "We can cancel your order. " When I ask "Are you serious, that's it? " he just hangs up on me. Click.

I understand being short-staffed and having to improvise with things like DoorDash for delivery. But come on, this is just horrible customer service, above and beyond the typical excuses. It pains me to say it but it's obvious that it's time to switch to Dominoes or Papa John's.

UPDATE: 3 days later spoke with General Manager George who at least seemed to listen and apologized for the poor customer service. Says getting/keeping quality staff, particularly drivers, has been tough.

If i could give no stars i would have. I quit ordering delivery from this place because they couldn't complete an order on time or correctly. I ordered carryout, but was in a hurry and didn't check my order for what should have been wings.i got cheese sticks. I ordered carry out! The order was online, so I even removed one of the possibilities for you to screw this up. I guess if i want a complete order from this place i need to drive up there and make it myself. For anyone who is thinking about Pizza from this place, just go to Golden Chick right next door. The people are nice and they don't screw up their orders every single time.are ya'll even trying?

I don’t know what was worse. The low quality of the pizza I received or the absolute low quality of customer service. Really it was a complete lack of customer service. The “manager” Jorge needs training. The poor quality of the food I picked up seems to be in direct correlation with the management style of this store. It was appalling. If I could give negative stars I would! So disappointed.

The kid on the phone was a mess: Horrible customer service, would put the call on hold mid-sentence, messed up the payment info several times, sent delivery driver to drop the pizza at the pool without us asking for that!
After dealing with that guy, this is the pizza we received.

You guys probably won’t read this but can you please stop forgetting the sauces we order? Or assume every order of cheese sticks comes with marinara (which according to the website, it actually does). Still, I order an extra marinara each time but it is somehow always forgotten?

Apparently this location either doesn’t carry the garlic bread or doesn’t pay attention to their customer’s orders— two orders in row now where a $7 order of double garlic bread was replaced with a $5 order of double breadsticks. So I’m out an extra couple bucks and didn’t even get what I paid for.

A simple phone call to let me know you’re out and offer an alternative is all that would’ve been needed. Good customer service goes a long way and this location is highly lacking that

I called in my order at noon. No delivery drivers until 130. I canceled my order. Called it in again at 250. Cold dry pizza. Yuck. Strike 3 pizza hut.

Every time I have ordered a pizza from this location, it has been absolutely delicious. That is not the case with other locations.

The most recent visit I was missing the $10 wings and the Dr Pepper that I paid for I tried calling and spent 30 minutes with the phone ringing and no one ever answered the previous order which was a few months ago the driver dumped the wings on the front porch and said he was sorry and they would issue a refund which they never did so I highly doubt I will be spending any money with Pizza Hut again

Every time I try to place an order after 10: 30, there always seems to be some reason you can deliver, flat tire, short staff, nobody has a car, etc. Last night the 18 year old "Manager" Nickie was rude and said that if I have a complaint, I can call back Friday morning and talk to the supervisor Gage as it was late and she did not want to bother him. She then hung the phone up on me. When I called back, they would not answer the phone. I strongly agree that I will be sharing this interaction on every social media platform available.

Update, everyone deserves a second chance so I ordered at 10: 18, and my app said 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. After an hour I call the location and there was no answer, and nobody answered the phone all teh way up to midnight when I stopped calling. This morning, my app still says that they are making my order and its 23-33 minutes till its delivered. After posting my previous message, non one from management, ownership, or Pizza Hut Inc.has bothered to call me back to address any of my concerns. I guess that my initial instincts about this location were correct. It seems to be run by a bunch of kids who couldn't care less about the customer. Its apparent that management, ownership and Pizza Hut inc couldn't care less about their customers either.

Update 12.31.21. I gave Pizza hut a "one last chance" order only to have the same thing happen again. Placed an order for delivery and once again I received a phone call telling me that "they were not delivering right now". They left me a message and when I called back, they would not answer the phone. I called the following afternoon to speak to the GM. The GM had called in to say that he was feeling under the weather and would be in later. I find it odd that the store would stop delivering orders early on New Years Eve, and then the GM would call in "feeling under the weather" the following day. Open invitation for the Owner and Pizza Hutt Corporate to reach out to me directly.

More updates: 1/6/22 Placed an order at 8: 16 pm and received an email that my order would be delivered at 9: 05 pm. Well 9: 05 came and went and when I called nobody answered. I checked online and it said the store closed at 9: 00. No call to tell me my order would not be delivered, no ordered delivered and conveniently the store is closed so there is no one to talk to about it. I reached out to Pizza Hut Corporate and went through the complaint process which is going to be forwarded to the leadership team. They really need to thing about replacing the entire staff, manager, regional and what ever the next level up is as this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now. If anything, the situation has become worse.

We had ordered through the app. When paying, I included the tip. Driver showed up, my husband asked if he had seen his tip and driver said no. My husband gave him some money only to find out from me it was already taken cared of. I am hoping this isn’t a case of the driver lying…. But unfortunately it does make me cautious about ordering from here again if communication/drivers aren’t paying attention to details.

Pizza stayed in quality check status for over 35 mins. By the time it was delivered it was lukewarm at best.

Hire employees! If a store is unable deliver pizza let the customer know. We wait for our pizza an hour and half due to a lack delivery divers.

Blamed Rob for the late delivery when I called. I live down the street… almost two hours after I ordered it... I won’t be ordering again
