Pizza Hut, Lockhart TX

Tried to order wings and they had no wings. Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and pasta was cold on the bottom and no chicken. Sierra mist or 7 up had a really bad taste had to switch drinks.

Terrible experience and the GM has no clue what goes on in the store. She tried to tell my husband that they do not slice the pizzas.after an hour long wait we're on our way home with no pizza.no apologies or attempt to make things right at all.horrible customer service.

The pizza dough for our hand tossed was flat more like the thickness of a tortilla and was chewy. The dough had not risen at all and our topping all slid off because the slices just flopped down. Terrible!

Bunch of immature children making pizza. Horrible costumer service. Would rather play on their phones then pay attention to the costumers.

Delivery was horrible. Took over an hour to find out my pizza had not left the store and ended up driving to pick it up.

The food was great.we ordered a large pepperoni pan crust and an order of cheese stix. We were able to dine in which was nice however there is no buffet at this time and also they were out of ice and salads.

I ordered online for curbside pick up. I arrived 10 minutes before the order was ready. After the application told me the order was ready I was left waiting in my car for 15 minutes no one showed up to check on us or bring out the order. At which point I walked inside pick up my order which should of been brought out and delivered curbside. There were no other customers outside waiting on curbside delivery and only one couple inside seated at a table. My order was pulled out of the Box that is used to keep orders warm. There's no excuse why I should of had to wait so long on my order once it was ready

This store is very poorly managed. For example, I'm trying to call in an order at 7pm on a Tuesday and I get a recording that the store is closed and to call back during normal business hours.

The last time my family ate here, everyone got sick. I tried placing an order online to redeem the reward points and it gave me a message saying this location does not accept online orders. Called in and a lady answered was being rude. I can pay way less to get food poisoning elsewhere.

When you pay 4.00 for a salad you EXPECT more than a container of lettuce, cheese and onions. And when I asked for tomatoes, cucumbers they brought more onions and more onions.
I don't like onions to begin with and I had to take them out of the salad in the first place.
They bring more. WOW!

I had been wanting to try the stuffed crust for a couple of weeks and finally did. It was beyond what I expected. Excellent pizza.

I ordered 2 pizza through the app and received confirmation for both, when my order got delivered I only received 1 pizza. Now I did only end up being charged for 1 pizza but i ordered 2 and when i called the store they said i would be charged another delivery fee if i requested the other pizza.

I understand covid got yall hard this week. If delivery is going to take 2 hours yall shld not deliver. I was very patient and understanding of yalls situation but my delivery was 2 hours, pizza was cold and dry. I am not complaining as much as just giving yall feedback. I will be happy when this virus is gone. Praying for us all!

Dine-in on Sunday night on 11/28/21. Breadsticks and medium pan veggie lovers with jalapeños instead of mushrooms. DELICIOUS! No other diners, so had the place to our selves. Good service and good food.
