Pizza Hut, Universal City TX

I have been a regular customer at Pizza Hut for quite some time now and I have to say that my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to get my orders right, they consistently get it wrong. Whether it's missing toppings or incorrect sizes, I always seem to end up with the wrong order. This has become a pattern that I can no longer tolerate. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that takes their job seriously.

Staff was fast and friendly! Food was exceptional! Mommy daughter date was perfect! Thanks Pizza Hut!

The counter service was faster than I expected, and My chicken parmesan melt was delicious and looked exactly like the commercial that sent me there for lunch.

About as baseline as any Pizza Hut is. Not bad not great. Although this one is pretty consistent about not quite getting my order right (I always ask for extra sauce and light cheese on my pizza and it's either the opposite or not acknowledged at all).

I wish I could rate a 0. I ordered my Big Dinner Box an hour before closing and spoke with a lady over the phone who took my order she never mentioned they were out of Breadsticks, Cheesesticks, Cinnamon Sticks, and Pasta. When I went to pick up my order the lady told me the listed items were not available. She never offered any empathy, substitutions or discounts and simply told me I can cancel my order after driving to pick up my food. Please don’t waste your time ordering from this location close to closing they will scam you to most likely take the food you ordered for themselves.

Never cut put pizza right, got our order wrong both times! Basically stole from me because the forgot my food and couldn't call them back. Worst service I've ever received! Will bever order from here again and will be informing everyone I meet in the area what horrible service I received!

Haven't ordered here from a while. Did so online, twice recently (for carry out) Food (pizza) ready in 15 min as site states. Food delicious! Staff VERY friendly! Will order again!

The service is really slow. I saw one of the workers touching the pizza without gloves and overall the restaurant is dirty

IT WOULD BE BETTER IF THEY SERVED BEER. Service is very slow. I called 9 times and got no answer. When in the restaurant the phone rang and rang and no one part attention.way overpriced. No longer the great product that I remembered.

They don’t answer the phone, and close early. I waited 3 hours for them to bring wings that they didn’t bring like they were supposed to originally and they never dropped them off and closed. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone again at 10 before they closed

The pepperoni lovers pizza wasn’t that, it’s just a pepperoni pizza. It was undercooked and so we had to put it back in the oven, and the overall taste was like they used old oil on the pans. It was absolutely horrible

The last two times we’ve ordered pizza we have ordered the supreme and a pepperoni lovers. Both times the supreme has been awesome my wife said but the pepperoni lovers was just a regular pepperoni pizza. Again tonight the same thing happened the supreme pizza was fine and I ordered a pepperoni lovers And got just a pepperoni pizza with the regular amount of pepperoni. I’ve posted a picture you can see for yourself it’s a regular pepperoni pizza. So I guess my wife is going to eat there again but I will not be.

They’re only a minute down the road so I took the pizza back they did give me a refund.

Whoever you are out sourcing can't understand what we are saying and she said it was going to take 280 mins to get here. You should have each pizza hut take their our orders!

The store didn't habe stuff crust that I ordered online. I went inside and paid for it.and waited in the lobby for the remainder of the time. After 20mins I went up and ask for the order.they then told me we are out of stuff crust and if I wanted hand toss or pan. I said Iv been sitting here for 20 and your bealry telling me. Not Happy at all

This place has the best naked wings, and honestly make a great pizza as well. Lots of choices out there these days, but these guys consistently deliver a great product hot and fresh. Very popular, be prepared to wait a little longer then the others.
Need more desert options to fill a complete dinner.
