Pizza Hut, Cuero TX

I placed the Order on the app. The app said that it was ready the address was confirm several times. For whatever reason the order was not received and the manager had a “too bad” attitude
She did not offer even a sign of sympathy

The pizza was hot and delicious. They're short on staff but still manage to do a good job. We ate there and they had allot of carry out orders. I only saw 2 people working.

Great dine in experience! It has been years since we have had fresh hot pizza, the way we ordered it from any Pizza Hut we've been to. The staff was very friendly and the food only took about 15 minutes. Our local Pizza Hut in Bastrop, TX can't come close to this. The last time we ate there; we waited over 45 minutes for partially frozen food. The folks at the Cuero store knocked it out of the park. Thanks for a wonderful meal!

The pizza was very tasty and the service was awesome, thanks Mrs. BONITA For your hospitality

Very clean except bathroom. The food was delicious and we were served our hot pizza very fast. The staff was all very courteous.

Pizza hut sure is dropping the ball I ordered my food at 735pm and said it would be delivered 30-45 mins yet here it is at 925pm still no pizza call number of times at 830 said it was out 20 mins I waited still nothing even went to go get it and was told driver had came home and I still waited for my food sauce don’t have much in it pizza all cold wing are not even hot like wtf…. NEVER AGAIN

Pizza was cold.they are short staffed I assume. Skip curbside.just walk in covid be darned. I ordered and an estimate of 20-30 minutes was my time frame.it was Friday, so I know that 30-45 minutes. 7: 15ish should have been the longest it would have taken.but since it was a Friday I decided to give it until 7: 35.others pulled up after me, got their order before me no biggie.some arrive on time. I got there early (7: 05) called to make sure my check went through at 7: 15, was told yes, and they would be out shortly.at 7: 35 I put my mask on and went in.my name is on the screen with the time of 7: 16.it's been ready for almost 20 minutes.and it showed.over cooked, hard and cold.
3 starts because I understand busy and maybe short staffed but there were 3 people behind the counter and I watched 2 delivery drivers come and go at least 2 times each.so the cook was on point just not the support staff.

After placing my order, I was informed that it would take 85 min before my pizza would be delivered. That was unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for a pizza. Dominos delivered with in 30 min.

Hit and miss with service. It has improved over the past 6 months. It gets worse and worse at this location. I'm done with their delivery service there.

Everytime I want to order they never have a delivery person.and they don't call me to tell me. Then one time I waited for my order and they said that my address was wrong. Lol umm I know my address plus she said the number was wrong on my door. It was lies. The delivery person didn't get off to check so they said they won't deliver it at all that if I wanted my order to go get it. Rude. Always have a problem but I love their stuffed crust pizza and don't like domino's pizza. My order today was horrible. Pizza was good but my chicken was very poorly made. Full with oil at the bottom. Was suppose to be garlic parmesan chicken And ordered fries but they put like 6 fries in there. Was disappointed

They forget stuff with every order the food was cold and not ready when I had to pick it up because there was no delivery driver

Better delivery time. Order took over hour to arrive. Also, missing partial order. Was not the delivery guys fault. Restaurant was short staffed. Only one driver working that night.

The pizza and cheese sticks that I ordered were very good and made to my order. The choices of sauces and crust were a fun touch that I could customize each pizza.

I would really like not to have cold pizza and pizza sauce for bread sticks. This past time I went to pick my pizza it was not ready, so I waited. My pizza should have be hot but it was warm the cheese was barely melted my bread sticks were also cold and the sauce was right out of the refrigerator. And my pizza was not cut properly I had to re-cut it an put it in the oven. I AM REALLY NOT PLEASED WITH WHAT I RECEIVED FROM THE CUERO PIZZA HUT!

Like every business's these days, it has it's good and bad days ‍️ but when you communicate with them, they offer to make it up. Thank you for all you do. I appreciate your service.

My husband & I got here at 11: 00am & the 1st 3 tables we looked at had crumbs on them & yet we were the 1st customers of the day. After finding a clean table & debating on whether to stay or not, we were greeted by a polite young man who waited on us. The pizza took quite a long time to come out but it was good. Before we left we used the restroom & were shocked at how dirty they both were. The women's had a trash can lid in the middle of the floor & no liner in the can. Dead crickets all over the floor & the toilet was disgusting & obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile! Luckily I carry disinfecting wipes in my purse to clean the seat because I couldn't wait to go elsewhere. The sink wasn't much better. With Covid still rampant in our country, you'd think people would realize how important it is to clean & sanitize public places!

So this is what $34.00 worth of food looks like.a personal pan and 12 traditional bone in wings. 8 wings and 1 piece of pizza. $34.actually $40 because of tip. Seriously.

Actually care about how the food is being made and when the customers tell you its wrong actually do something about it!
