Pizza Hut, Athens TX

No lemons for tea. Pizza taste ok but lots of dough and FEW toppings. Server very pleasant.

Even tho I placed my order of cinnamon rolls at the very last minute, the wonderful stuff here had to prepared, hot and ready, in the five minutes it took for me to get over there. Not only that, but it was still made perfectly even though, again, it was a rushed order at the last moment. The people there are saints for dealing with me, as I was oblivious and didn’t realized that they closed at 9.30pm, I was too driven by my need for a sugarery baked good.

Best wings around town hands down! Bone in or boneless! I love using my points to get free food too ️️

Everything is great until you realize how consistent they are at forgetting parts of an order.

On 12/20/2021 I used the points that I had accrued to order a free large pizza of my choice. I ordered my usual - Large/thin crust/Hawaiian Luau - for a contactless pick-up. I didn't include a "gratuity" since it was a contactless pick-up. My pizza was ready when I arrived but when I got home and opened the box, my pizza literally glistened from the grease. I tried a bite to see if it was even edible and found myself chewing on a greasy piece of meat-fat. The crust was grease-soaked too. I couldn't take another bite and threw it out. It was not what I was used to from Athens Pizza Hut, so I left a comment with a request to talk to management, but to date no one has answered my request. The only bright spot was that I didn't pay for this atrocity-in-a-box. It will be a very long time before I buy another pizza from Athens Pizza Hut.

Pulled up to a group of employees smoking cigarettes disgruntled by my presence interrupting their smoke session. Zero stars. Won't return until they get better management and new employees!

Staff is friendly. Timely manner on food. Reasonably priced. It is clean and would go back again.

Horrible place. Prices are unreal. $19.99 for 2 large 1 topping. Not a bad special.
$5.99 for delivery. Delivery man only getting paid $4.00 wages. With delivery, tax & tip they count on. $35.88.
No more pizza hut for us.

Sometimes the thin pizza crust is not crunchy.its kinda limp. I like it crunchy thats why I choose thin crust.

This cook needs a raise best pizza and wings I have ever had at pizza hut service was also great good job

On July 1st went in to eat with my brother to whom I hadn't seen in months. The place just had a few customers. My brother finally arrived as I had been waiting inside for 20 minutes. We asked the waitress if they could turn down the music a little. She said she'd check on it.when she came back for our order the music was still loud. She said they turned it down a little we couldn't tell. Long story short we walked out. People come in to eat and visit with friends not to talk over the music teenagers listen to today.

Alyssa at the drive thru window is awesome, very professional and friendly, need more young people like her that care about their performance at work!

Terrible service! I will never eat from there again. So I just ordered a 16pcs honey BBQ wings for delivery and when they arrived I noticed that my order was wrong. And when I call up there to let them know about my order and I also told the driver before he left.
“The manager told me that there was nothing they can do and that I was stuck with my order! ”
Their is always something you can do to accommodate but they didn’t try. I spend good money and tip the drivers ALWAYS! They’ll never get my money again,

Make response time in regards to orders faster than an hour and a half.and make delivery time faster than over 3 hours.

The pizza quality has gone down at our Athens restaurant. I am not sure if it is the oven or the ingredients. The last two times we have ordered a meat lovers with hand tossed crust. The toppings have been almost over cooked, while the crust is soo soggy underneath, that it has to be eaten with a fork. If I order it well done to get the crust crispier, the toppings are almost charred.

Try to call in order, was put on hold drove all the way across town while on hold pull up in, drive thru all 3 workers was just standing there giggling and talking the whole time I'm on hold

Were seated for over an hour and waited the whole time for our pizzas after they came out with toppings I am highly allergic too. Then forgot to put toppings on my other pizza so had to wait for them to come out. Which didn't come out until our party was done eating and ready to go.

I simply liked their dishes. I always get good customer service here. The place is neat and the cashiers are always very kind. I highly recommend this place.

Very impressed with the service and especially the pizza. They currently have a large 3 toppings for just $10.00. That's the eat in or carry out price. Definitely will be back.
