Pizza Hut, Killeen TX

I am so disappointed they told me 30 minutes and made me wait an hour and counting only for me to call them and for them to tell me my order was sent out at 9: 46 meanwhile another call is coming through from the same location saying that my order is on it’s way out, but they don’t have my drink would I like another different one instead and to tell me at my order will get to me in about 20 minutes on top of the hour plus wait and I spend more than $50 for one pizza with three toppings and 12 wings and I’m only about a mile away from them Is 10: 00 amd still no pizza

I like spicy food, especially when it adds more to the food, but the new Spicy pizza, all you can taste is heat and nothing else. I just threw the pizza in the garbage.

My order was placed on the ground by delivery driver, instead of being placed on the bench located on my porch that is next to my front door. For sanitary and food temp reasons that made my experience less than perfect.

The speed! I had my pizza order of 4 pizzas, 2 wing orders, Mt. Dew, and Quepapas to me in 35 minutes. It was still too hot to eat!

My order came to me incomplete. However, the delivery guy went above and beyond to go back to store and re deliver my forgotten item. Thank you.

Great experience today I called the Pizza Hut on 38th and Rancier at 8: 00 to see about delivery time they were overwhelmed Mike told me to call back at 9: 00 and ask about carryout pick up times great suggestion I pick up my friend from work at 10: 00 I called back at 9: 15 over Williams over 200 orders and they were now out of the bonus wings that I requested earlier he gave me his phone number to another store on the other side of town I called place my order go across town picking up on time and was able to get back to pick up my friend from work promptly at 10: 00 thank you to all those who work hard to make Pizza Hut enjoyable experience and the food is always awesome

If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered over an hour ago and we had to call the store about our delivery TWICE to get them to check in with the driver. At first the guy answering the phone acted like he was going to have to see if they could remake it when we never even got it to begin with. Keep in mind, we only live two turns down the street from this place. Never again. Not to mention we’re still without what we ordered

I drove over to the restaurant and picked my food up instead of having it delivered because I prefer this location to the one that delivers to my address. I pick up my five pizzas and two of the five pizzas weren’t what I ordered. I called the Pizza Hut and asked for a manager and was denied one twice. The guy I spoke to on the phone was only willing to refund me for one of the pizzas or give me store credit. Neither option aided me in feeding my kids dinner since they don’t eat supreme pizza… The lack of customer service is insane considering the amount I spend at this location over the course of a month

I love the fact that this pizza hut put the right amount of cheese on the pizza. I always get dry pizza and end up super disappointed. This pizza that I just had was cheesy and delicious. I always have to get triple the cheese at the ones that give super dry pizza

I have loved Pizza Hut pizza since I was a teen. When I was the parent of two teens we enjoyed pizza hut pizza together as a family. That has not changed now that I'm a grand mother. Only thing ng that's changed it seems is the attitude of pizza hut. I ordered a large 3 topping and it took the biggest part of 20 dollars. As I was leaving I saw the 10 dollar pizza deal they were offering. When I asked why the order taker didn't tell me I was informed that they are in the business of up-sales not down. I still ve pizza hut I'll just be more careful

I give one star for the customer service but I was very unhappy with my order. First off my order did NOT HAVE A SEAL ON ANY OF MY PIZZAS. My food came in 25 minutes. It was COLD AND GREASY! My whole family is now sick from this Terrible experience

I love this place specially the white cute girl she is very respectful all the stuff is always good but this time when I went to driveway no one was on window and then she apologized for that thanks for serving good food pizza hut and team members

Detroit pizza not to everyone liking not enough sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, sausages on it. Wings were great, delivery was quick, food was warm overall alittle bit pricey.

We ordered a big dinner box online through the website, nothing was fresh but the wings, they didn't have their own driver it made us use a doordasher who was doing his own little thing which caused the order to be delivered 25min later than the expected delivery time, just all around bad!

I placed my order around 10am so that I could pick it up when I got off work and I ended having to wait 15 minutes for my pizza.

This is the worst Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza itself was literally paper thin to the point to where it was hard and coming apart! I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and I will never come here again. Then lady that was giving my husband the pizza held onto it like He was going to steal it or something! Like if you’re that stressed over a box of pizza get a new job.
