Pizza Hut, Amarillo TX

Usually there friendly but not today I just ordered my pizza with a rude lady who said would help me save money then ended up saying it was over 21 dollars then hanging up in my face didn't give me a chance to give her my card info when I was done trying to settle my kids down so she could hear me sorry for being a single mother trying to order food for the kids! The pizza better be worth the attitude she gave me

As always Pizza Hut is one of the top choices for delivery. The delivery drivers are always respectful, personable and ensure that we get what we ordered at the right temperature and more despite not getting paid much (i know because my husband was a delivery driver for them and a few other places) its always a pleasure ordering from them.

I love this pizza hut. They are always nice and my food is always made right and brought to me hot

It took over an Hour to have it delivered to my house and then it was packaged poorly and was cold. All together a sloppy job

My order is always ready on time, I never have to have my order corrected, customer service is always outstanding and the food is always delicious!

Customer service was great. My online order took my online cpn off and they fixed it. Both times. Although the meatlover pizza was sub par. The pep lover was perfect.

The pizza looked like the delivery driver just tossed the box around and it was cut in an odd pattern. I wont use this hurt again

Pizza was 20 minutes late from given delivery time and it was cold. I usually get my delivery on time with a hot pizza. I was not satisfied with this order.

No more for me! My pizza had about 8 pieces of sausage no bacon. Or pepperoni. The guy taking my money was great. The pizza was the pits.

Order was sent to the wrong address. Driver called and verified and still left the order away the wrong address. I called him back and he said he would go pick out back up. I verified that I put the address in correctly on the online order. All was correct. Tried calling the pizzas hut, no answer.

I am proud to order from the pizza hut on grand because every one of their employees are kind, respectful, compassionate fast and grateful. Let me not forget the cleanliness and the attitude that everyone of the employees hold

Detroit Pizza was nothing great we were expecting an awesome pizza, it was just a pepperoni pizza drenched in pizza sauce yuck

Their new Chicago deep dish is an insult and the recipes over the years are such a cheap imitation that its a wonder they're still in business. I'm not even that old but in the last 20 years the recipes have dropped 60% of their old portions when it comes to toppings. You only get half the cheese you used to and have to pay a ridiculous amount if you want extra and extra is not double, it is literally a quarter of a cup more. The dough is disgusting compared to even when they first went to frozen doughs from hand made as well and cheating out by reducing the cooking time by a minute and a half leaves the pizzas soggy in the middle and gross which has been a thing for a few years now at all locations. You can blame investors and lame ceos for this.

I had to call another location to get my order after waiting 2 hours for delivery I find out that the store I online ordered from was closed. Another location did fix the situation

When I arrived at pizza hut all of the employees were very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.

I am on hold for the 2nd time the first was for 20 mins now I'm on hold right now? The web says it's open but no one is answering? Are there no msgscthat say your with time is approx or you are 3rd in line? Usually they are pretty good, but this is silly. Plus shouldn't the call center pick up the call?
