Pizza Hut, Fort Worth TX

Pizza Hut is not the same as it was 20 years ago (what is anymore) but the Haslet Location comes closer than any I have visited. Staff is always friendly and quick with orders. The location is always clean inside and out and I really appreciate the pride that is taken to keep that up.

Consistently good service and almost always get our order right.
I wish they'd offer a low-carb crust like Jets pizza, but this location gets high marks for good service and a clean restaurant.

It's pizza hut. Not anything earth sharing, but consistently good. It's my go-to for pizza I know I'll enjoy, whether my arteries do or not. And if you haven't tried their pan pizza, do yourself a favor. The crust alone is worth the price.

Amazing wait staff and service! Pizzas are delicious! Worth the drive picking it up, or staying and sitting down for some pizza and beer!

The old white lady who was running the drive thru window at 6: 00 PM on 9/10/2023 needs to be fired. I place my orders through the app when I order from here. The location is usually good about having the order ready at the promised time. I arrived at the drive thru after the promised time this day. I tell her my name and she confirms my order by looking at her screen. She then tells me that my order isn't ready and for me to pull in a reserved slot and they will bring it out. Ok. No problem, except I could look at her face and tell she was lying. I waited about 8 minutes, which is now 15 minutes after my promised time, so I know it should be ready. I got back in the drive thru line only to find out when I got to the window, that there is no order associated with my name or my number. So this means that she removed my order out their system. I explained to the guy running the window the second time what happened and they gave me someone else's order because they gave me a large to make up for the problem. So I don't know who you are, if you are racist, bitter, or hate your life, but you don't do customers like that. Maybe she was mad that I had ordered enough for a free pizza, which is even more of an issue because that means I order Pizza Hut frequently.either way I'm done with this location. The manager should fire that lady, she's bad for business. But I'm also filing a complaint with corporate so they can know that she needs to be addressed. The crazy thing is that this isn't my first run in with her so the more I think about it, the more I think she's a horrible employee. Management needs to do something.

Had a great experience at this Pizza Hut yesterday. A girl called Keeley I spoke to over the phone fixed our order. She was pleasant and offered great customer service. Food was good

Great wait staff. Food is what you’d expect. Personal pizzas were great for a family with many different opinions. We all loved eating at the restaurant. Overall, a great value for our family.

Great little place. Wish they had a better and larger selection for the lunch buffet. Staff was very friendly and good atmosphere.

Server was great, and the food was good. Frustrating part a young man parked in handicap and no kind of tag. He was there a bit and when I asked him about it, he stated, "I work here. " All the more reason home should not have parked there. Just saying.

Tasted great, they didn't skimp on toppings. Service was great too. My 5 year old gave it 2 thumbs up!

Excellent service, pizzas were phenomenal, staff was super polite, facility is super cool, way different look than other locations more in with the times.

I just had lunch at Pizza Hut. I come here several times but never have eaten inside. I like the atmosphere, clean and staff are all nice. My server today was awesome; her name is Alexis, also goes by Lexi. I would definitely ask for her table.

$9.99 buffet is great! I love the thin pizza and the pasta is delicious always great service as well!

One of the best Pizza Hut locations hands down! Always fresh, super nice staff.even the delivery drivers! We’ve eaten at PH 3 times this week! LOl:)
