Pizza Hut, Sachse TX

Ordered a veggie with Hamburger and jalapeno on a thin crust. Great price, young lady was very polite and helpful. Pizza was delicious. I will go back.

Order on line and still waited 40 minutes my food was not complete even the place was empty

This was a carryout / delivery only site, so I don't see that "atmosphere" really comes into play. The pizza is consistently very good. The amount of ingredients, and the bake time and temp are always perfect. I've introduced a few people to the incredible taste of pizza fresh out of the oven, so now they know why it's always half gone by the time I get it home! I've been eating at Pizza Hut for about 45 years and still enjoy it a few times each month. Thank you for a lifetime of wonderful pizza!

Trying to DoorDash and the worker had been extremely rude and not helping at all. He tells me that the order will take 5 minutes, sits on his phone and does nothing to help me until I have to ask him after 5-10 minutes are up. Once the foods ready, he packs up the food lazily and just leaves it out without even trying to verify that I have the right order and goes to sit down again on his phone to watch tv and he looks high.

Go elsewhere, The pizza is OK. But the service is horrendous. The person who claimed to be the manager had no idea what he was doing. He even told me that I would be stealing if I took a cold drink out of the refrigerator. When I asked if I could pay for it. He said "NO". I will take my business to Papa John's next time.

Poor quality care shown to the actual making of the pizza. Door dash leaves my pizza either on the floor or on top of my trash can that is valeted. Pure imbeciles.

Please pick up liter or try not to liter lot with alcoholic propaganda & thank you, much obliged

Both pizza's were room temperature and toppings were minimal. I also gave a $10 tip DURING the ordering process hoping to get the best pizzas possible. Obviously, this did nothing.

We arrived at the Pizza Hut a minute or two after the expected ready time, then waited another 2 mins for the person in front us to finish up. The attendant then said it would be another 4 mins. He did not return to the window for another 10 minutes at which point he offered no explanation and then said it was being boxed up and would be out soon. 5 minutes later we had our order. That’s about 20 minutes later than what was expected. That combined with his utter lack of customer service skills is the reason for this rating.

The food was at least really good.

If you have another Pizza Hut within your vicinity, try that one instead.

Went to pick up our Order Sunday the 16th, July. 23, Very prompt with our order and The kindest Gal behind the Counter, The reciept says Clarissa as the server #36 ticket, Anyway she was so so nice, we enjoyed our Hot wonderful tasty Pizza! We hardley order out anymore because of lack of Customer Service or our orders are always wrong! But we were happy with Pizza Order we will be ordering again! I want to Thank Clarissa for My Drink (Starry),! And the Coupons she placed on our Pizza! These days these places don't give you anything! This was an excellent place to go and Try the New Yorker Pizza! Thank You! Glo (The Coupons were for this current order so i saw the savings!)

Love the drive thru window. I usually order on the website and have never had problems with my orders. The employees are very nice and friendly. Will keep coming back to this location!

Waste of time and money. Go to another location. Actually you should instead try NY Pizza and Pints in Wylie.

Worst Pizza Hut ever, go to the wylie one they’re actually decent. Also the girl at the counter is completely incompetent.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I placed an order at 6: 04 through the Pizza Hut app. They changed the delivery time 3 times then called at 7: 51 and cancel the order. The restaurant employee told me they are busy. I was upset. She said all other customers were OKAY why you are upset. When asked to speak to the manager, she said the manger is busy and hanged up the phone. I called back they hanged up.
I will NOT order from Pizza Hut forever.

I placed my order couple mins before they close. Even though the system misguided me by showing that they accepted my order and it is baking but in reality their system had canceled. I called to inform and get a refund and the manager at this location Meymo went above and beyond by listening and giving credit for inconvenience. If it were their system, I’d have given zero stars due to the inconvenience as it mislead and made me wait for almost 2 hours. This rating is for Meymo’s service. The pizza itself was quite good and topping portions were generous. Will definitely order again but as Meymo said order at least 15 minutes before they close to avoid auto rejection by their system and then mislead by it showing it is being made lol

Quick and easy. Pizzas cooked as ordered and was ready when I got there. Very personable employees.

My food I ordered was completely wrong. I expected a pizza with pepperoni and half black olives and got half cheese and half pepperoni with jalapeños. Moreover I ordered stuffed crust and got thin crust. I also ordered four garlic sauces and got none. Not only was my meal completely screwed up but I overpaid for what I got. I used Pizza Hut all the time but just moved and was the first time I used Pizza Hut since the move. This has left such a sour taste in my mouth I will most likely find another pizza shop to buy from for now on.

Worst experience I have ever had at any pizza restaurant.
