5I just got 2 medium pizza's, one was a Cheese Steak and the other one was a Super Supreme. They were so good. Most definitely would go back.
Says they deliver and didn't.canceled order and refund and had to call back and repay for later delivery. Refund takes 3 days!
Ordered a supreme pizza delivered to our hotel. It arrives with meat but no veggies. When I called they said they could bring us another pizza but they have to take the pizza back and they have a lot of deliveries so it will be a while. I asked about a small credit on my account instead but they still want the pizza back. How long will it take? Who knows? Never mind!
The app is slow. But that's the ONLY thing wrong with my experience! The deals are GREAT! The food is GREAT! In Columbus, TX and Sealy, TX.the places near where I live.the service is GREAT! Most of all.the PEOPLE are GREAT! Friendly and they recognize me when I walk in the door! It is GREAT to receive the small town experience and sense of community in this business establishment.
When I arrived (14 MINUTES AFTER PLACING MY ORDER ON THE APP!), they knew exactly where my order was and when it would be ready. "It will be a couple of minutes, they're cutting it right now. " Without even consulting the cook! Then they brought it right to me.
And the BEST THING. They sent me out the door with "Have a BLESSED DAY! " THAT blessed me most of all! I LOVE my Columbus Pizza Hut!
We moved to Columbus from Houston 3 years ago. Pizza Hut in Columbus, TX is not the same! We never had service like this at any Houston Pizza Hut! Gotta love our Columbus Pizza Hut
