Pizza Hut, El Paso TX

Horrible customer service, waited at least 5 minutes before anyone even greeted us. 4 employees, all of them looked at us and nobody bothered to even ask if we’d been helped. Sign says to wait to be seated but no one to seat us.

The worst Pizza Hut in El Paso. Waited a long time for my food then had to go back in because they forgot to give me my ranch. Waited at front for 5 mins before anyone came to help me. Manager comes up and I ask for a ranch she grabs it and talks to another worker and leaves it on their cutting counter. And walks away. Worst customer service

WOW I am absolutely speechless! Just when you thought this location couldnt possibly get any worse, they out did themselves. LOL I actually spoke to an area supervisor in regards to my terrible experience and he flat out denied anything i said happened. Not knowing any of the facts right away assumed i was lying about the whole situation. I BEGGED him to listen to the call so he could see for himself the incompetent "manager" Ray they have ruining their business, he said he actually could go back and listen to call. I asked if he could please give me a call after he listened to the call as i knew for a fact he would be shocked with his findings, Nop! Never received call back. OPEN YOUR EYES UPPER MANAGEMENT, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS THIS LOCATION HAS!

Absolutely horrible service my order went missing and they forced me to re place my order and they didn't bother looking up my order number or trying to find a solution to what happened other than forcing me to call one of the other locations to see if they had it (which of course they didn't because I placed it with them my receipt said as much)
Edit: the manager assured me that the initial order I placed and the pending charge would go away yet it went through twice since I had to reorder my food

The pizza is very tasty.the wings too.only the girl who served us messed up the order.she was asked for medium armpits and she brought them super spicy.she wanted a pink lemonade and in the end, there was no.oh, and no coca-cola products

If I could give zero stars this is exactly what they would get. Every single thing that we ordered aside from the boneless chicken was burnt black. The pizza, the cheese sticks were like cardboard boxes with one hard layer of burnt cheese on it that when bitten into they separated from each other. The cinnamon sticks were burnt to the point that it was nearly impossible to tear them apart in singles and were hard to chew. And last but not least they even burnt the brownies. Avoid this place even of you're hungry.

Would be cool if you could call the local store. Whoever picked up was from what sounded like an overseas call center and had no clue what a deep dish pizza is

They literally just charged my card double my order amount from days ago, when i was finally able to get someone to pick up the phone they stated this happened to chime user as well and that they wouldn’t do anything about it because all they see on their end is my actual order amount, not the double that they actually charged me.i’m done with this pizza hut, speedys pizza and other local pizza will be getting my business from now on that was terrible customer service shame pizza hut

The first time in a long time that I see this new generation working hard and everyone putting in work to have the orders out on time and tasting great. Normally now and days you see these youngsters joking around and with their phones in their hands while on the job. Great job everyone at this location and keep up the great work.

Just order a xlarge pizza 3 topping.they didn’t even cut it properly…and did not have a good taste…and it was $29dlls for a xlarge pizza and a 2 liter pepsi

This place was awful. The service was mediocre at best. For some reason the bar is gone but they still serve horrible watered down margaritas. I honestly don’t know why they’re still open. From what I can read the reviews are getting worse and worse. I would give credit to the restaurant for being clean but it’s probably because nobody really comes here anymore. People were getting up and asking for their drinks to be refilled, and when they did the staff made a face. Save your money don’t come.

Pizza Hut was my ONLY go to Pizza place. NOT anymore,
so there's this "new policy" that you can no longer order extras to your Pizza. For many years I have Always ordered "extra mushrooms". Well. Guess it's Domino's from now on! So disappointed

Worst experience of my life. I hate the fact my waiter was spitting in my water, also the seats were full of pepperoni grease. Somebody throw up on my extra cheese pizza was full of vomit. Damian was the my waiter and he made me wait 3 hours for my pizza just for it to be full of vomit.

Kind of disappointed actually I ordered well cooked wings, and instead I got nearly burnt pizza and undercooked wings. Disappointed
