Pizza Hut, El Paso TX

Pizza with a lot of oil, dripping with oil!
They only have the menu, when you ask special questions they don't want to tell you.

Dinning there, at the time we went it was peaceful and we were able to carry on a conversation. Our server was awesome!

Never again. I placed an order today for delivery, the food was given to a door dasher, which I didn’t know they use an outside carrier. Anyway, I never got the order, got an email stated they couldn’t find my location and abandoned the order. Like I said never again.

Pizzas get smaller and smaller every visit. A medium is literally a personal style size pizza when it used to feed families!

It is a good restaurant to go with the family to eat pizza, boneles, altas. The place is nice and the waiters are friendly

Haven't eaten for nearly (2) years and today visited the New location to try out the New Pizza Melts with a variety of food items in them.

This meal was Delicious and filling.

Service needs much improvement.staff are lost somewhere in the back.the family size chicken alfredo pasta was missing the TASTE OF ALFREDO SAUCE. IT WAS BLAND. And no ceiling fans, but the ac was working good.

Pizza was soggy. Called wanted to give us another one. I let them know I wanted a refund. Said that was not possible. Told them I would take it back. Said manager was not there to give us a refund. Asked when he would be available they said they didn't know. Really bad tasting pizza like it had been sitting forever.

Excellent service and they get the pizzas out quickly! We ordered the deep dish in multiple varieties and it was great!

Excellent, what more can I say. We came here with a group of 24 people, and they were more than happy to accommodate us. They took our orders fast and the food came soon after. I have not been to a pizza hut in years, but after today's experience and the food quality, I'm soon to return. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs, unlike Terry at FT Bliss freedom crossing Starbucks, who was rude and miserable. Thanks pizza hut for the great service and great food.

Always great food and service. Comfortable atmosphere and a great location. Easy access from airport and hotels.

Honestly I put my order online so I don’t have to wait and just get there for my pizza and I get here and they still make me wait another 10-15 minutes to give me my pizza and this point mind aswell just order it at the store at this point
