Pizza Hut, Borger TX

I ordered online for carryout. They had the pizza cooked and ready in 15 minutes, and the pickup process was very easy.

The pizza hut here in Borger has recently improved for the better! There was a while that we quit ordering there because of how lazily the pizza was made! But the past couple of times we've eaten there, it's been so good.

Poor management cooks and cashiers never get your order right and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes

That was supposed to be a thin crust, meat lovers, and a stuffed crust super supreme,

I like pizza hut and I know sometimes you don't always get the perfect delectable mouth watering pizza every single time but preference is indifferent to a lot of us all. Pizza Hut will always be a viable option hands down! Thanks old school! Ps we've been all but begging for the red cups back so please just consider it!

Not sure what’s been going on with Pizza Hut recently, but the pizza has been awesome! Flavorful, lots of toppings, and our delivery person was very nice! I will admit I was kind of nervous trying them again after a bad experience but they’ve definitely exceeded expectations!

Pizza has been so good recently! I know in the past it wasn’t great but recently it has been outstanding! Delivery driver is always very nice and they get the pizza out fast! Definitely recommend eating here.

No cups, plates, napkins, I told them in delivery part. Please bring me plates, cups, napkins. Phone operator was not professional he told me plates and cups was for dine only. I am very well experienced in this field I work for dominos pizza in La Mark Texas as delivery. Our managers told us make sure you grab napkins, plates, cups, silverware, and look see what drink they ordered double check the food make sure it's hot grad fresh charge hot bag

Horrible customer service! Ordered pizza and arrived at 15 min. Was told to pull around front for a couple minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I went inside and received
a cold pizza!

Costumer service wasn’t the best the lady may have been new but she didn’t know a thing about the menu and kept having to go back and forth to the kitchen to ask about an item. That’s good she was asking questions but she could’ve done that after we ordered everything. It took about 20 minutes just to place our order in… that doesn’t include the amount of time we had to wait before she came to our table. If you are going to work at Pizza Hut at least know the difference between boneless and traditional wings. I’ll give her credit she was nice and apologized afterwards.

Food was DELICIOUS! Very clean. Everyone very polite. Wonderful experience. Cinnamon rolls were the best.

Horrible customer service.prices aren't as advertised.be ready to pay extra for ANY extra items; plates, napkins even dipping sauce for dry bread bread sticks.also prepare to wait longer than expected.not going back there.
