Pizza Hut, Arlington TX

I got a pizza from there today and all I have to say is, never again. Pizza was very flimsy and couldn’t really eat it and the dough was like barely a cm thick so it was like just cheese sauce and toppings. Went to warm it up from it being in the fridge and half of the slice on multiple slices got stuck to the box

Fettucine tasteless, bad! Breadsticks burnt no cheese.why call them melts and no cheese. Just bread. I orded ranch dip never received. I door dashed. SMH pizza hut going down.

I will start with the positive- the manager was friendly and “fixed” their mistake right away.

I placed my order online for 8 boneless wings, cheese breadsticks and 1 medium pan pizza. When my fiancé arrived to pickup the order, they gave him the wings and breadsticks and said thank you. He let them know that a pizza was part of the order and they could not find it so they immediately started working on one.

This would be okay if the quality of the food we received was good, but it wasn’t. The pizza was undercooked and not even pan crust we ordered, it was hand-tossed. The breadsticks were overcooked. It’s been months since we’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut because they seem to never get it right, but this was their last chance.

Ordered two large one topping pan pizzas with bread sticks. The pizzas were so overcooked, the crust was hard as a rock and cheese was black. The bread sticks had no seasoning whatsoever. Provided feedback and was given store credit for only the two large one topping pizzas. Called to use the store credit and no one can find my store credit. After being transferred 3 times, I've now been on hold for 40 minutes and counting.

Placed an order online, was given a delivery time of 45 minutes, 2 hours later still no food. I have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak to someone with no answer. This is literally such terrible service.

Worst pizza hut I've ever had. Messed up my order gave me an undercooked one topping when I ordered a three topping. When I called back another day after originally being told the manager want there that day, I was offered a free pizza which I never received. Called back again an hour later. I was then told a driver would come with my pizza and call when they're delivering. I never heard back again. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

Started coming here a few times last year, service and quality has definitely got better. Great team

They left pizza in the porch… didn’t even ring the doorbell! I have no idea how long it was out there!

First time I ever hated Pizza Hut food. I was on a business trip and I always buy 2 pizzas and use them for days as hotel food. I got the food and the driver seemed out of it. My 2 two Lt drinks were hot, and when I opened my pizza after I had to help the driver break my bill down in the lobby. My pizza's were missed up, smashed and topping on the top and pushed up again the sides. The pizza's were ice cold like not even warm. On top of that I got the wrong pizza's I ordered. I tried call the restaurant 10 times and gave up and eat what I could, I wasted one whole pizza because I am allergic to mushroom's and my meat lovers had a lot of mushrooms on it. I never had a bad pizza hut in 17 states I have visited for my job until today. Said thing it was Arlington, Tx.
I will go home and order a pizza this week and knw it will be perfect.

Staff is very unattentive and slow. I stood at the counter for 5 mins before anyone came from the back to help me. Ordered online and food was open when the guy gave it to me. 7.6.23: I gave this location another try. Pizza was not made correctly. I ordered the New Yorker with sausage added and square cut. What I got was the basic New Yorker cut normally. To top it off, pizza made me sick as a dog. I ended up throwing it away after eating one piece. Never had this issue at any other location.

Ariana, was super helpful, patient, and polite, when placing my order. Wish I could have given her a tip!

Tried calling for an hour. Tried ordering online. Absolutely sucks. Had to order ten pizzas from somewhere else. Their loss.

The pizza and breadsticks was as I expected from Pizza Hut I tried for the first time pasta dish and it was completely bland no taste and it wasn't what it said it was when I ordered it I wouldn't get it anymore it costed too much to come in a little pain and taste the way it did

Pizza undercooked therefore soggy. Requested place settings, none received. Driver unapologetic, “we’re really busy “

Tonight was a such a horrible experience the online website kept crashing the pizza gets (delivered) and currently still waiting on my pizza and it’s 10: 50 pm wow

Will order from this pizza hut again! Originally called the store to change my order because I had messed up on it. The manager got it changed, my pizza was brought to the door but was still the original order. Called the store and the manager quickly fixed everything and got my correct pizza sent out! Thank you too the driver that had to make 2 trips to my apartment!

The pizza was very good some of the best I ever had from Pizza Hut. The boneless chicken wings were freaking awesome.
