Dear Pizza hut and Pizza employees
I ordered pizza online and i went to your store to PICK IT UP up
I also indicated online theres no tip.but every time i order online for pick up and indicated that theres no tip your staff at any location still will go out with the TIP RECEIPT and will put a pressure on us to put a tip because they wont bring the pizza yet. I love your original crust pizza but this practice should stop! It looks like your being pushy about tips and this is crazy! PLease stop this practice!

Horrible experience at this location just relocated to this side of town and never have experienced someone being rude and not answering the phone after I call six different time to get someone on the phone then the lady was being rude as soon she pick up the phone and not letting me explain my problem

I currently waiting outside for over 30 mins for my curbside order. I checked in on time. I've called several times with no answer. Im sure this is a management problem. There are only two people working inside.there is no way they can keep up with all the orders in Shadow Creek on a Friday night

Horrible delivery service, I Order 2 Chicken Alfredo pastas and I got only Alfredo pastas with NO chicken after spending 20 minutes on the phone I was told that they will send me the correct order waited 15 minutes and got a call from a really rude lady and I was told we don’t have chicken, and I said well why no one called me to let me know this instead of just sending me what y’all wanted? And she said I don’t know we can send you some pizzas and I said NO I don’t want pizzas, if you don’t have what I order then I want a refund, not only was the person rude, but I was also hung up on. I had to call again and request a supervisor because they just don’t care about the customers, I was told to wait up to 48 hours for a call from a Supervisor. Will see if I get a call from anyone.

BABY I JUST WANT TO GIVE YOU YOUR FLOWERS FOR BEING AMAZING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE, THIS WOMAN HAS STRENGTH OUT OF THIS WORLD. TODAY MY OFFICE MADE A HUGE ORDER, BUT AFTER AN HOUR PASSED WITH NO UPDATE OR PIZZA I CALLED AND CALLED WITH NO ANSWER SO I GOT TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR FROM THE COOPERATE OFFICE. AFTER WE HUNG UP I ENDED UP DRIVING TO GO PICK UP THIS HUGE ORDER, ONLY TO FIND MRS REDHEAD WORKING ALONE, AND ONE OTHER LADY WAITING FOR HER ORDER AS WELL, THE LADY THAT WAS WAITING LET US KNOW THAT MRS REDHEAD WAS WORKING BY HERSELF AND SHE HAD BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING ON HER ORDER AS WELL. AFTER 5 MIN OR SO MRS REDHEAD CAME AROUND TO THE REGISTER APOLOGIZED TO THE LADY THAT WAS THERE AND GAVE HER HER FOOD, SHE THEN GREETED MY COWORKER AND MYSELF WITH A BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE AND ASKED HOW COULD SHE HELP AFTER APOLOGIZING TO US. THIS WOMAN WAS WORKING BY HERSELF MAKING ORDERS TRYING TO ANSWER THE PHONES ALONE NOT COMPLAINING AND STILL SMILING, SHE DESERVES ALL THE PRAISE FOR STAYING STRONG FOR NOT LEAVING LIKE OTHERS WOULD FOR BE AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING PERSON. MRS CHALINDA REDHEAD I APPLAUDE YOU, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO. KEEP THAT GORGEOUS SMILE AND YOUR HEAD UP YOU GOT THIS BOO. P. Received my order 2.5hours later. Pizza arrived cold and not fresh. Highly disappointed in the service that I received from Shadow Creek location in Pearland, TX.

Worst experience had with any food chain. Completely understand allowing grace and being patient, which I did. I waited 3 hours and called 3xs to try to get an update (was hung up on 2 of the times). On the 3rd call I requested a refund and was told it would be processed. I received a return call shortly after, I let the individual know I still wanted a refund- not only was the person rude, but I was also hung up on. This has definitely not been the first time I experience this with this particular location. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to disable the ability to place delivery orders (as I’ve seen some other food chains do) when there is not the bandwidth to complete the orders. It’s an unfair experience not only to the customer, but also to the team of employees working hard to try and meet demand.

A lady by the name of “Linda” was so nice and so kind! She is one of the most hospitable people I have ever met. She treats not just me but the customers that went before me with upmost respect and care. Five Star Service!

The Manager Eddie is AWESOME! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for the time you took out to confirm on where to park for curbside and call in if I have arrived and hadn't received an email response yet. And I know you were busy. You are appreciated!

I wasn't happy with neither ordering service, nor delivery. Our delivery driver had the box half covered and not secure. Will not order agian.

Great Customer Sevice! SHOUT OUT TO Ms Linda the manager on duty had great customer service and very timely with my pickup order

My pizza was ready on time and cashier was very friendly! Sad to say these guys were working with no air conditioning due to being broken. No one should risk their health in this heat! Management get the air conditioner fixed!

Angie at this place rocks! Wish more places had Angies. Let’s see how long they hold on to her.
