Staff is helpful and extremely patient. The food is pretty good and usually arrives in a timely manner

Burnt pizza melts and hot sauce, not marinara as promised. Extremely disappointed when I got home and opened this disastrous box

Do NOT waste your time or $$$ here.

Ordered ahead on the app, got there 5 minutes after the estimated pickup time, and had to sit in lobby with about 10 others for over 45 mins while the clueless staff fumbled around trying to figure out who ordered what when. Finally got my order an hour after ordering it and both pizzas were stone cold and made incorrectly.

Legitimately the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut, will never return to this location, we’re a Dominoes house moving forward.

Be careful. Don't waste your money and time. My pizza never arrived, it's been more than an hour and a half. This is the worst possible service. And Pizza Hut didn't give me my money back. $30 to the trash.

This is the only Pizza Hut I usually order from Pizza is always on point and employees are always friendly

The Big New Yorker is just a standard large size pizza. The cheese on my pizza was baked into the crust, making the whole pizza a dark orange color. I forgot to take a pic of this!

Also, the pan pizza I'd ordered was so thin. I guess it was made as a hand-tossed pizza. It was also missing the bell pepper I'd added.

Love the dinner box! Can't beat it. Love the pan style crust. I get the box at least once a week.

I decided to go pick up my pizza so I could get it hot at the time they said it would be ready. Got there 5 minutes early and when I got my pizza thinking it was out of the oven hot. I was disappointed on the pizza! It was cold and tasted like day old pizza. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut anymore their quality of pizza isn't what it use to be.

HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. HAD FOOD DELIVERED AND I CALLED IN TO COMPLAIN ABOUT PIZZONE WAS BURNT. EMPLOYEE WAS VERY RUDE ANG HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED BACK AND THEYBDIDNT SAY HELLO OR NOTHING AND JUST HELD THE PHONE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL REPORT TO CORPORATE.

Over the years my husband and I have tried many pizza dine-in restaurants and pizza take-out establishments. We rate Pizza Hut with a 'high' 5+ for amazing crust, overall ingredients, and good price. Great customer service on phone and in person.

If I could give these guys -0 stars I would. The WORST experience I've ever had with a Pizza Hut. Order was a deal that included a 2 liter drink, which I ordered via Pizza Hut app. Received the order and it was cold and the food undercooked AND the 2 liter Pepsi was not in the order. Called and spoke w/ Sherman who hung up in my face 2xs. Sherman did not attempt to have the drink delivered and continued to state he can give me credit. He was SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have contacted the corporate office and also sent a E-message to them I want a refund for the entire order at this point and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! The ownership feels like it may have changed, because last year when I ordered a few times from this location the food was hot fresh and COOKED TO completion. Never again! Dont waste your time with ordering at this location, go to a different one.

I went in there very friendly customer service! I ordered a large stuff crust meat lovers pizza and it was amazing especially who ever took the time out to fix the pizza! Thanks will be back again!
