Pizza Hut, Beaumont TX

I love these guys at Dowlen Road Beaumont, Texas. Always so helpful and friendly. Jeremy and James and Kenneth always make me laugh and feel just like family. Keep up the Great work guys!

The pizza hut on Dowlen rd in beaumont tx is the worst! Customer service was very rude hung up in my face. I couldn't get in contact with the store and my pizza came over a hour behind schedule. It was cold as if it came straight out the refrigerator

I called to place an order after I placed the order the guy said 61.00 I said 61.00 he then said if you go online and place your order you would have better deal. Well I placed my order online and got less food for 50.00 and I could have gotten what I wanted for 60.00 we placed the order for delivery well after about 35 minutes I called to check my order well it's was sitting in the store for delivery I spoke with the young manager he sounded you he was rude and inconsiderate I told him I would not have ordered online but the person in his store told me so he apologized he said your order is here and warm, not. The bread sticks had dried out the wings was cold the pizza was cold I did tell Cody I was going to give a bad review he cared less.got smart with me I asked him for corporate number which he said he didn't have I would have to find it on my own what talking about nasty customer service. Pizza Hut I'm done I should have dealt with little Caesars. Never again pizza hut

Order was cold. Delivery driver was rude. The restaurant was less than a mile from my Delivery location.

The store on dowlen in the conns parking lot is awesome great customer service clean restaurant and pizza was great and exactly how I asked it to b made

I ‘try’ to understand when I order pizza that I am not the only person who is making an order from Pizza Hut. I always get an ‘estimated’ delivery time and I kinda expect that to be give or take 10 minutes or so. My delivery was 40 minutes past the ‘out for delivery’ time shown on the app. I called got the reason it was taking a bit of extra time (we got slammed with a large order’) was the reason today. I say to myself.ok. I can live with that.maybe. Well the order arrived just about a total of 45 minutes after the out for delivery time. My pizza melt was cold, my cinnamon sticks were room temperature and my boneless wings were were so not hot as you would expect. I love Pizza Hut pizza! When I want pizza that is who I order from! You know.a $40.00 dollar order should be important enough to warrant ‘hot and timely’ delivery in my book. Maybe I will have to look into another pizzeria.

I really do appreciate the general manager at Pizza Hut Mr. James Berry… he has such great customer service and has a heart for people! I pray there are more people in the world like him! My pizza was fresh and delicious and after a long hard week I thank God for people like Mr. James! Thank you!

My food took an hour to get to me and it was cold and my box was partially opened. It was my first and last time ordering from here.

Good pizza, always ready when promised. Specials offered make it affordable. They are open late, even during the week so we can always grab a late meal.

My grandson enjoyed his pizza, our order was called in and when we arrived the pizza was hot and ready

Disgusting! The crust was very hard n slightly burnt u could count the toppings on the pizza on one hand! It was a 3 topping pizza! I can’t believe they actually charge customers for
this mess! When i tried to call and complain but they hav phones switched to some long running commercial lol about the “good” foods will not b back! Save ur money n check out dominoes pizza

This place deserves zero stars. We ordered the new melts and it was cold, burnt and hard on the top and the tamper proof stickers were off. On top of that, it is NOTHING like the advertisement. Over priced and highly disappointing.

Food was not hot or fresh. Time of delivery given was 30-45 minutes from time order was placed, food was delivered 1 hour later. Pizza boxes should be secured closed.
