Pizza Hut, Gonzales TX

I have always loved Pizza Hut but the mistakes that have been happening back to back will now have me taking my business to Dominos. Examples of mishaps this week.
Ordered on Monday, they forgot half my order, I called them they said it would be another hour until they could send me the rest of my order. I asked for a refund for the food that was not delivered. They said they don’t do refunds, so I waited the hour for my other half of the order I placed.
Ordered Today, they called and said they had no delivery driver and if I could pick it up, I agreed and asked if I would be refunded my delivery charge, again was told no refunds. I went to pick up my order asked for the sauces I already paid for and they wanted to charge me for them again and in the end “ let me have them for free, for the inconvenience “ like Wth is going on in that place. Never ordering in Gonzales Pizza Hut again.

Food was great and on time. They were busy and the staff was keeping everything clean and orders were consistently coming out. The new mgr John seems to be doing a great job.

Service was good, pizza was good, wings were a bit hard but I've had good ones here before. All in all not bad.

Last experience was not good. Food was 30 minutes late to delivery, forgot our cheese, driver left pizza on a chair out front and. When I called because our pizza was not hot and was missing items.for $40 I expect hot and accurate order.they gave me$5 credit but I would have rather they take the food back and give me my money. I could buy a frozen pizza and Parmesan cheese for a 3rd of the price and it would be hot and taste better.

Manager has lost control of the restaurant! Half-dressed homeless people high on drugs in the dining area.pizza hut delivery driver that revs his engine and acts like he wants to run you down on the way back to your car.read picture captions if you want to know more.i reported this restaurant to corporate since its easily the most ridiculous dining experience i have ever had.

I placed my order online and it took 45 minutes for my order to be done. The wings were cold by the time I got them. The wings were not evenly coated with sauce just a squirt of sauce in the middle. The pizza was undercooked and doughy. I waited for my order in store and as soon as my pasta came out she dropped it which took even longer for her to make another one.

Needs some better training for customer service. Told the big guy at the counter the name my order was under.he acted like he checked on it and didn't say a word. I waited for 20 min in line, turns out it had been ready the whole time

Typical Pizza Hut, but service is lacking in recent years. Service has not improved over time.

I picked up my order Thursday night around 7pm, to the guy cutting the pizza's, it's a family restaurant not a night club.the button's on your shirt don't stop half way up. 1 pizza was burnet the other might not have even been mine. We made due with them till we found the long brown hair on them. We would have gone back to complain but when I left with mine others were coming in with theirs.they didn't look happy.

I got a text stating the pizza was out for delivery and 46 minutes later it still had not arrived. Call the store and they stated it would be to our home in 5 minutes because they were waiting on DOORDASH (Did not order through doordash). I asked the young lady on the phone if the pizza was still going to be hot and she said yes. About 10 minutes later the pizza arrived and it was NOT HOT. The grease had soaked the crust and the box. We had ordered cheese bread and boneless wings and they were cool as well. VERY disappointed with this order and most of the food was thrown away.

Pizza was dry n very cold the box was open never eating there again
now im feeling sick 2 hours later WONDER WHY

Ordered delivery, had to call 20 minutes after it was out for delivery only to be told they did not have a driver.

Placed a pick up order last night, when I arrived male employee was picking up pizza off the floor putting into pizza box that apparently was my pizza, so I asked what the hell is going on here, standing with the last 2 pieces in hand, with a crazy look on his face not knowing what to say just walked to the back, so female employee walks up laughing, then ask if I still wanted the pieces that he had picked up and placed back into the box, trying not to lose it, I say hell no, so female employee yelled back, make another one, so a different male comes from the back with no gloves on started making the new pizza, nobody handling the food was wearing gloves, I never received an apology, not offered any complimentary food or drink items for my inconvenience or the extra wait, then when 2nd pizza was done, a 4th employee put pizza on the counter assuming may have been the manager and said here you go, Gonzales Pizza Hut has poor people relations skills, bad management, unsanitary workers

I gave it a 1 only because you can't give lower!
It was the worst pizza I ever ate. I'm not even sure if it was a large. It had little to no cheese on it.no wonder she asked if we wanted extra cheese but for an extra charge

Ordered a pan pizza, but when it showed up it was so flat that at first I thought it was a traditional crust. Not buttery or crispy.it was just plain bad
