Pizza Hut, Lubbock TX

Pizza greasy not cooked all the way and they deliver late and cold and then expect you to go find them to get your order. Ordered twice this week and same thing both times never had we had a complain. Last option to get pizza from at this point little Caesars is better

I don't believe I will order here again. Second time in a month I have found dark hairs in our pizza.

The website is a joke and pretty infuriating.
We can’t even use our rewards so we pay full price for unseasoned, way over-cheesed cheese sticks and a pizza beaten into its thinness, yet somehow uncut and you guessed it, over-cheesed.
I would just ask for the managers to instill some pride in the work of their employees. I get those most of them are probably part-time students, but this is where you show kids that everyone’s dollar and time are valuable. Have pride in your work, because you never know when the food you are making is pivotal in your customers life. Yes, it’s just pizza, but maybe it’s someone’s birthday or the first thing they have eaten since a loss. They craved your food, only to be dissatisfied.
Just something to think about.

I placed an order online. When I arrived to pick up they had me wait even after it showed on my app that it was ready. I had to go in after waiting 10min to ask about my order when they then handed me my pizza. I had ordered a pepperoni with jalapeños and mushrooms. When I arrived home and opened my pizza box, it was a pepperoni pizza and there were cold jalapeños and cold mushrooms that were just thrown on top. Not even cooked with the pizza. I tried several times to contact the Mgr but will not get a response. My family and I will not be returning to this location ever.

I previously had an issue with my order a few weeks back, but they made it right the next time around. Nayeli and Cherokee the manager were very nice and attentive and made sure I was happy.

THE RUDEST CSR I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED TREATED ME TERRIBLY KEPT TELLING ME SHE WAS THE MGR I ORDER ALMOST DAILY FROM HERE OR I USED TO IF U DNT WANT TO TAKE ORDERS Y U THERE

To lazy to answer there own phones call non stop then get hung up on. Horrible customer service good delivery drivers

All pepperoni pizza is stuffed crust, the other is half pepperoni and cheese for the kids. Both pizza's are very dry and hard. Maybe spent too long in oven, I don't know. I have never had any issues like this. Very unsatisfied and kids are not happy about it either. This was at pizza hut on 3001 50th lubbock texas at 10: 20pm. 7-18-23

Worst service ever. The delivery guy get to my location beating down my door and never repeats my order than I ask where are my drinks he states that there were no drinks when I called back to place my drink order. Also when I opened my pizza box my food is completely cold and looked as if it had been sitting for some time

If i could give 0 stars, i would. Pizza was still raw on one half, while the other half was burnt. I had to cut it myself bc it was not cut, and when i spoke to the manager she could have cared less. I give up on this location

Know what you want to buy before ordering. Ask for a menu if needed. Other than that, their garlic butter chicken wings were sweet and savory (in my opinion). Yummy. Ask for a to-go box if you can't finish your food.

Was cooked perfect and shorter wait than dominoes. Also have better deals than dominoes who seems to add so many service charges on their specials that you end up saving zero. Will use again.

My online order for Carryout took a good 45 minutes from order to car. No apology and no explanation. Also, the breadsticks I ordered were very overdone. Also, a Pizza Hut employee came out to sit in her car right next to us at the front of the store where we told to wait (either on break or off shift), and had a very loud phone call with her window open as she sat counting her tips and saying, "I don't care KK need her hours too" (seemingly complaining about the very place she worked). The pizzas we ordered were fine as were the cinnamon rolls.

Very rude manager. Took them 2 hours and my food was still not delivered I called them to ask about my food and manager started yelling at me.
