Pizza Hut, Dallas TX

I called this location about 7 times wanting to ask about the ETA on my pizza because I called in instead of ordering online. Sandra/ Sonya- not sure her name because she mumbled the entire time, answered the phone and said 1. She wasn’t sure where the pizza was because she could not see the order 2. Placed me on a 19 minute hold and never came back to answer my question. 1 hour and 19 minutes later, I received my pizza but not the Pepsi that I ordered as well. I called the location again, Sandra answered again and immediately placed me on hold for a manager, without asking what I needed. I told her I did not need a manager but asked if she could please check my order and make sure I was charged for a Pepsi, she placed me on hold for another 7 minutes and then all of a sudden the phone goes quiet and the the call is disconnected. I called about 3 more times and every time someone would answer and place me on hold immediately. By the fourth call I was able to speak with a manager who stated they were busy, was a bit of a smart mouth about it but said he would take a look at the order, he confirmed the Pepsi order and asked if I would want it delivered or a credit. I asked for the Pepsi to be delivered, he states it will take 45 minutes and chuckled when I requested this to be re-delivered and said this would be “free of charge” even though I’ve already paid for it. CUSTOMER SERVICE is definitely lacking in this place. I order from here so often (sad to say) always online (but I will never be calling in an order ever again!) You have to make sure you keep a paper trail if you want to order from this place!

Their create your own large box pizza was exorbitantly priced. It costs me $21 and some cents. It used to cost me $10: 99. What happened?

Yum! Was on my way home. Logged in and grabbed my free points earned 4 a medium 2 top delicious pizza. Added cinnabuns!

One of my all time favorite places for deep dish pizza, although this time I had hand tossed. Can't beat the price and taste.

I wanted to leave a kind review for my last interaction with this particular location. I ordered online for delivery and the food I received was incorrect despite the correct items on the receipt. The driver told me to contact the store. The representative acknowledged the error. Approximately 45 minutes later, I received my proper order.

I appreciated the quick response and the dedication to practicing health standards such as wearing a mask and social distancing. Thank you to this Pizza Hut during this quarantine.

Not all chains are the same lol and MAN there's pizza hut then there is PIZZA HUT! And this one is PIZZA HUT! Omg! So fast and they make my pizza perfect every.single.time. This is a good one guys! Order away!

Terrible service.the staff is bad on the phone, my pizza arrived 1 hour later and I live less than 5 minutes. Maria, she is arrogant.

This is a great location. Much better than Dominos. Good food and friendly staff including delivery drivers. They also always have great deals! Would recommend for sure!

Good, even though theh had me waiting 8mins for my wings that I had ordered ahead, because an employee accidentally gave away to someone else, but Manager was nice and professional and gave me a discount for the inconvenience and wait. Thanks Pizza Hut!

Yuk. The pizzas are not good. If you want to have a good pizza try to find a people from New York from make one.

Great location to order pizza. Carry out time is low while delivery times can vary depending on the hours, dinner time being busiest.

Pizza and wings were great. Order was made on time even though it was really busy. I didn't get the cashier name but she made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!

It took two hours to get their pasta and a drink. When it arrived it was all cold. I had to warm it up myself.

My pizza was hot and fresh when I picked it up. Never do delivery with them. It never is delivered hot. The cashier at the front didn’t want to be there. Her attitude was on 100.
