UPDATE: The store manager reached out to me and offered a refund.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and this is how I received it. I called the store and they tell me "When it left the store it was perfect. The delivery was powered by doordash so you have to contact them". I message doordash and they tell me that since the order was placed through Pizza Patron's website, they can't do anything, no refunds and they can't send a new one.
Ending? I have a smashed pizza and 20 dollars less. I should've cooked tonight. TERRIBLE SERVICE NEXT TIME I'LL GO TO THE PIZZA HUT DOWN THE STREET

Ordered from here. Quesitos and Wings are very good, but the pizza not so much.the Cheese pizza tastes a lot like ham

They need to teach these kids customer service. They were arguing with a customer because one of them forgot to add something to his order. They also treat you like it’s a bother to service you. I tried to call an order and had to repeat myself like 7 times and then they told me i couldn’t make an order over the phone for more than 4 pizzas. Had to drive down here and wait outside.

I ordered for delivery and I never got my order nor a refund. They said the manager would call me the next day when she was in to refund me the money but I never got a call back. I tried calling again but they still said the manager was not in. All because they said they weren't accepting orders from online if you called and placed the order yes but how was I supposed to know they weren't accepting from online if my order went through and I got charged.

Horrible! Had to return pizza.was full of giant bubbles and dough spots, waited 20 mins for them to make it, granted girl was quit pretty but good looks are not enough to make up for the 20 mins I waited and the 15 min drive time back to return it and then the drive time of 15 mins back wasted 30 extra mins plus gas and I don't even know how it tasted, they just threw it away, never coming back, but at least the girl at the counter is very pretty

Pizza Patron at 3419 W Walnut St.is pretty much the most slacking operation of business I've seen in years. Placed my online order drove to pic it up nd was told "Oh I'm sorry we're only accepting Cash rt now.

Food was good.clean place.its best to order before u start heading over.
If u don't order ahead u will wait 10 to 14 min

Nice store, friendly staff, great pizza. Reminds me of childhood. The only weird thing is that every pizza slice tasted different, even on the same pizza.

Good service, good pizza. I usually ask for the crust well done but it was perfect this time!

It said ready for pick up at 3: 28 4pm I'm still standing waiting for the pizza very slow.

Placed a order thru phone total was 24.57 I went in paid with debit card. The receipt said 24.57 later was checking bank history and was actually charged 31.13 and checked couple days later again never reimbursed. Fishy business

When you place a order for pick up and make it back to work and it is wrong. Then want me to leave work again to return the pizza that PIZZA PATRON messed up. I should have known by the reviews this place sucked.

While picking up my order I watched a young lady sweeping erratically with the pizza dough on the pans on the 2 lowest shelves of the rack I’m sure they are going to still cook that pizza lol that was so nasty
