They called me! They said "great news! We have a study for you, pays $50"! I say okay, I'm in! They say first you have to qualify. Answer some questions like whether you buy cola, lemon lime ect ect. After you answer, they say sorry you do not qualify. Maybe next time P&k could lead with the questions first, instead of raising hope. However, I will try and try again! Thanks P& k

Check in, participate in test, collect payment, leave. Easy process and a great way to make some side cash.

This place is quick and easy
Except I had an appointment on Tuesday at 545 and no one called to tell me they were closed so I made a trip for no reason with out an excuse as to why it was canceled and closed kinda irritating

Doesn't have a restroom for their customers, how is that somebody comes today for a study a d you DONT have a restroom

Not the best. They pay you scraps for coming in. Barb at the front was rude right when I walked in. When I arrived she said I was too late. Why didn't they call me ahead of time? I was told by their Corp office I couldn't be 10 min or later. I was 7 Min late. I was disappointed. Find another place that will compensate you for more money. Also, I drove almost an hour to get here also

Good place to go and take part in evaluating new ideas, foods or products. Also a good place to make a buck or two.

It’s decent. No wait time like most places. They pay cash on the spot. It’s difficult to get someone on the phone though.

I've done a couple of studies here and found everything to be professional. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. The research staff made me feel comfortable and unrushed during my study. I was paid in cash for the in person study and by check for the at home test. I will continue to work with them and would recommend others join the database.

What a great place to give feedback about the products you use daily and experience new to you products. The facility is in a business park, plenty of free parking and fantastic staff from check-in to the testing proctors. I’ve found it useful to know that my peers are able to give real time feedback which affects the products we are testing. Laid back environment with other testers makes this an enjoyable experience. I feel good about contributing to make products the best they can be.

I've done a few surveys and it was fun but I wish they offered surveys after 5: 00pm bc I work 8-5. I've been picked for several surveys but the latest time offered is 5: 15pm so I can't make them. I hope they open the times to later during the week or even Saturdays.

I’ve been coming here a long time for market research. The past year, there have been five studies in a row that were overbooked. It takes time and money to drive here and be told that. Consider letting people know before they get in when studies are booked or quit operating like airlines.

Good experience minus wifi connection not great on the computer I used to complete the survey. I was logged out 3 times and the computer would spin for a while after each selection causing the study to take longer. Staff is friendly and attentive. The facility and process is kept clean.

Quick and easy way to get a little extra cash. It was clean and they followed COVID-19 protocols. Sign up was easy and in and out in a timely manner. They pay on the spot for most.
