5Totally recommend using PL Nails! If you do go, make sure to make an appointment with Emily. She made my nails look EXACTLY like the picture I showed her. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my nails!
I am so disappointed. I was there for almost an hour without anyone helping me. Two ladies were just sitting there on there phone talking to each other instead of helping me who was trying to get my nails done. I finally just walked out because nobody wanted to help me
Poor customer service, literally started my nails n then goes to start someone else’s nails, comes up to me and says someone else is doing ur nails, dude isn’t even doing anything but walking around and eating, the lady he said that gonna fo my nails instead is already doing someone else’s,
