Dispatch will run you if you want to run. Plains Transportation doesn’t micro manage you, and management/dispatch will reward hard work. I’m a company driver, but they also have an o/op division. Been here 1 year. Rand McNally gps and eld’s, 10 speed freight liners, great mechanics (fast), consistent ALL miles paid, and a wonderful dispatch! “Can’t be no geek off the street, gotta be handy with the steel, if you know what I mean, earn your keep”! -Young Guns.
