This is my daughter's favorite spot to be and must I say she loves it here very clean very organized very nice people great coaching skills makes her feel right at home so thank you Planet Fitness for keeping my girl fit

I just started going here and I really like this location. I just think you guys need to put more dumbbells because there is only one of each. Specially the 15lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs are the most common ones. Other than that this gym is very equipped with a lot of machines to workout. Thank you for your service!

I love coming to the gym. Its my get away. I'm here every day from 445 to at least 715am.but there are women here that Do not wipe down. The staff needs to do a walk through. Mainly in the 30in area.

Been going to this gym for about 2 years already and now my son has started going with me at 4am every morning and the staff is friendly and helpful it's a good place to go and work out but the only thing is that you get those guys that start yelling while they are lifting the weights and wish they would tell them guys something. But over all good place to work out.

Love it here, super clean, awesome employees, definitely telling my family and friends about i.

I just went and signed up. I've never actually gone and worked out. That would be too much like work.

It really is a judgement-free zone.or people just keep comments to themselves; my boyfriend and I have been in there several times and nothing bad was ever said to us directly (he's going for physical therapy and I need to lose weight) ; the only exercise machine that's a bit of a problem just to use it is the bicycle. Trying to hold the shoe straps in place is annoying! The most popular equipment is the treadmill so at times, there may not be one to use (two were out of order which didn't help).

Employees are cheerful and helpful. Equipment is clean and maintained. I really enjoying workouts here.

Been coming here for years, great environment and still get a good lift everytime. Sore af without the expensive key chain you pay for at other name brand gyms

I really like it here. Been going for a little over a month. Staff is always nice, people just workout. I do recommend a body mirror tho in the women’s restroom so we can take full body progress selfies lol but very nice and clean!

I have been going to this location for 2 years. Staff is friendly. However I have submitted various requests to clean the parking lot, replace broken machines and fix TV #4 that displays CNN. None of these things have been accomplished despite assurances from the manager. I would like to transfer to another location. Don’t know who to inquire with since the management does not appear capable of getting requests and concerns addressed.

Plenty of machines to where you're not waiting on one.
The only thing I didn't like was being told my daughter (who waited in the lobby while my son amd I worked out) was considered a 2nd guest which isn't allowed with the black card and that I'd only be able to have her there my 1st visit since I'm new.
She's 12 and I can make other arrangements, it's just not the convenience I thought it would be to go after work with both of my kids.

I am very disappointed on the one on Zarzamora and Military I've already asked three times how come that machine has not been fixed well today the manager told me that the part's were to old they were outdated.and the restroom are always dirty they're really let go of that place. I am so glad they're opening up a Planet Fitness across the street from Gold's Gym.

Well they advertised 10 dollar's a month no contract but when you go in for more information that's when they get you. They hit you with a 39 dollar maintenance fee to repair equipment that needs repair but they had a hydromessage machine that had be down for three days not working. So where is the 39 dollar's going is someone's pocket? And if you get the Black Card membership is for a year contract and if decide to break it there is a 59 dollar fee boo no contract false advertising!

Worst gym ever with a bad management. Kelsy was judging me and the management were supporting her. Kelsy, Jay, and Adrenia were rude to me the first day, so I changed my plan. I was about to register there with my 3 children.very dirty attitude toward me. TheY have a paper said Jugement free zone. IT WAS NOT A JUGEMENT FREE ZOON. The employees need to learn how to create a JUGEMENT FREE ZOON.

The staff is friendly enough: they greet me as I enter and thank me for coming as I leave. I think there should be more enforcement of cleaning the machines after you use them because a lot of members do not, and it is obvious. I see sweat marks on the weight machines, and plainly see people use a machine then just leave it dirty. On another note, cars are getting broken into often in the parking lot. Just a month ago the car parked next to me got their driver's side window smashed in, I went inside to ask the employees if they could try to ask around to see whose car it was to warn them, and they told me they'd get to it when they had time. I often times see glass shards on the parking lot surface so there's no doubt it happens often. Such a good location ruined by these incidents.

A wonderful experience every time I go in. No need to worry about judgemental looks, as everyone is in there to better themselves, without putting others down.
