Wonderful! I'm actually a member at another location, but this one is definitely better. Terrific customer service. Every employee had a smile on their face. The facilities are clean and open as well. Definitely recommend.

Time I went was not very busy very clean very orderly and service started out alittle rocky but ended satisfied and accomadated her name was sequisha did my intake very helpful and funny

Don't sign a contract. Thank you for the reply. The gym that I used to go to is shut down but I'm still being charged a monthly fee. Have tried to resolve at this and other gyms. No one knows what to do, I've unfortunately had to file a complaint with BBB

Literally refuse to give you access to drinking water without an extra fee. They even shut off their water fountains. This place is a danger to its members. Safety is not a concern of theirs.

Okay facility with LOTS equipment, however Under Poor and unprofessional management.

Cancelling both my memberships here due to the poor/ rude management. Hope the owners hire someone with a better attitude and character to run their establishment. Can’t imagine how many other people have left bc of similar experiences.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Very misleading. Will tell you things just to get you to join but you’ll soon find out those things are not true. DO NOT join this location. Save yourself the time and energy.

This manager is highly unprofessional and did not want to help with questions about the account membership. Please do not go there. They are so disrespectful and do not care about wiping the equipment down. Don’t go you are going to get the virus because don’t clean there equipment

I loved now for the pandemic is safe and clean and practice social distance and everybody use mask is perfect for exercise

Gym is great. Despite a few claims of it being dirty, it isn't really. Its people who are dirty and don't pick up after themselves. Staff can't be in the lockers 24/7 spraying and flushing toilets, and checking that people throw tissues in the right place. There is plenty social distance with the machines. Just make sure you lock up any items. Ladies can get grabby. Not sure how it's in the guys locker room. The only downside is that sometimes people get greedy with the machines.they're not using them, just sit on them while using their phone, or hold on to the machine's side while they stretch so no one else can use it. Unfortunately, there is no getting around that kind of people.

It's a great gym, but most of the people there are not wearing a mask and nobody tells them anything. I might have to go to a different location, I really don't want to get sick, and I specially don't want to bring it home to my kids.

Well lit, clean most of the time, and friendly staff. Been going for years at all hours and I haven’t had a complaint (except evenings when there’s too many people).

Dirty appearance. Restrooms are too. Too packed. People don't pick up after themselves nor wipe down. Not everyone is masking up while walking. First time here and it's not up to par. Very disappointed with this location. So my membership is looking bad for the "Gold" level. I'm working out in this area with hopes to fit in an hour of my work out routine. Not what I expected as a first visitor out in this area. Back to the search bar.

Very clean facility. Not yet back to being open 24 hours a day, but the current hours of operation have been expanded and are more than adequate to meet most needs and schedules.

Staff is very friendly. Most of the members are serious about their workouts and are courteous to the other members their to use the facilities. There are enough socially distanced cardio machines to be able to get a good 30 minute set in without much, if any, wait.

Unfortunately, there are still a few Lunks in the member base who over-occupy the weight benches and the weight machines. Most members complete their reps promptly, clean the machines, and then move on elsewhere to rest, read their text messages and emails and select their music. However, there are still a few ignorant, selfish souls who remain on the weight benches and machines while they attend to their personal items, converse with others, or sneak in a set with individual weights.

Worst customer service!
I get charged each month for late fee of 15$
Even they withdraw membership fee.
They refused to cancel my membership over the phone they force me to go club to cancel it.
Just terrible.

I called this location several times and spoke to Omar. I advised him that they have been charging my bank card for two months and I don't have a membership with them. After speaking to the manager and putting the pieces together she hung up in my face and blocked my number. Smh. They have taken almost 100 out of my account without my permission.

Accidentally left a ring in a tanning booth here and thanks to assistance from Maggie I was allowed to check the booth and it was indeed there. Thank you so much for your understanding Maggie you really saved the day! All the staff here are great.

Mission bend location is the worst if SHARITA (manager) AND EVE ARE THE Representations of quality customer service FOR this establishment. SHARITA hit my car outside of this location became very rude to me about my vehicle. I attempted to complain and eve has continued the unwanted customer service by not contacting me from a number that can be verified by my phone. She could easily call me from a planet fitness location but refused to do so. Eve will not even leave a message with staff for me concerning this.
