I've been with this location since 2018. This location has everything that I need for a very reasonable price.

I'm a black card member, so I have the ability to bring a guest for free anytime I visit. I haven't used all of the extras, but I intend to at some point.

The crowd meter on the app is very helpful for planning your visit. Plus, the app has your membership code so you don't have to carry your card with you.

Only negative, this location is currently NOT a 24hr location.

The building itself looked great but I can't recommend due to the rude nature of 'Tod' (I believe that was his name.) Brand new to Planet Fitness, my husband and I were super excited to start our journey. We bought brand new shoe soles and everything. I set everything up online through their website and we were certain we were ready to go. Entering the building we walked up to the elderly gentleman to see about signing in. Right away there was a problem. He had a big frown on his face about us disturbing him because we weren't aware of there being an app we needed to download. 'How the heck do you have a membership if you don't have the app? ! ' As if that was the only way to sign on. My husband asked for the exact app name and his attitude got worse 'Planet Fitness! '

I guess we were bothering him from his leaning over the counter daydreaming time (which was what he was doing when we walked in). I didn't like the way he was talking to my husband. No judgement zone. Not at this one. He finally decided he would put our number into the system - Which would have been nice of him before. Sadly we were really getting uncomfortable and wanted to leave. He kept calling out the wrong numbers instead of the one we were giving him. I think by this point he just didn't believe we had a membership. A girl walked up to ask what was going on and he stated 'They claim they have membership with us. '

This was when we left and went to the Benbrook one. They walked us through the app process and had us out on the floor in minutes. Great work out. Loved them and will gladly take the extra miles to reach that location from this point on. Sadly Weatherford won't have a manager on their floor until Monday. I am sorry for the novel but want new people to know that you should talk to someone else.

Gym is as advertised. Nothing more, nothing less. However it is an inconvenience that this is the only Planet Fitness that closes at 10pm during the week and 7pm on the weekends but every other Planet Fitness is open 24 hours. But since this is the closest gym with the next one being 46 miles away from me. Looks like I’m stuck on their time for now. Lol

Wished others would respect the circuit training 30 minuets room and go in order and not sit on a machine while gabbing or daddling with their phones

Clean and friendly. The price is awesome and it's a 24 hour location.which is a lot better than the club i moved over from. Don't forget to grab a hydro massage on the way out.and for the ladies there is a tanning facility indoors I believe

I would give it one star for how exhausted I felt after leaving, but the massage bed made up for it, and I suppose that is the nature of a gym hahaha

The services are affordable, the location is clean with friendly employees. And the bonus amenities with the black card are definitely a value on their own.

This is a great place to work out the people are very friendly I just wish they would change the closing hours until midnight so when I get off of work I’d be able to work out after work I enjoy working out after I get off it relieves my stress and helps me relax to sleep

Great gym! Very clean and friendly staff. Not very crowded and dividers between treadmills. Always a great place to get a workout!

Don't know why every other planet fitness is open 24 hours again and you're not. Thought that that's what I'm paying for is the 24/7 availability?

Ive been a black card member for a while now and they need to open back up 24 hours, i have a work schedule and i cant ever make it now. Almost entirely every other planet fitness is back open, what am i paying for if i cant use the gym but once a week?

I have been using planet fitness for over a year and absolutely love it. The gym is always extremely clean with a variety of machines and the friendliest most helpful staff. They know you by name and are always kind and welcoming. I started there extremely nervous about joining a gym. I'm not the "extremely fit /gym type, " I felt right at home and even the clients have been helpful.

Planet Fitness staff becoming rude. I use to love coming always a nice bunch. Now they are sparky and rude. What happened? Been coming to this gym for over 4yrs.and never have I felt so disrespected.

You are met by a friendly staff when you walk in the door. It is very clean and spacious. Plenty of machines that all work.
