Great gym and atmosphere all around the U. S, great attentive and helpful staff, love the vibes at s a lot of clubs so sometimes i go gym hopping? But always come home, i recommend if you don’t like contracts or expensive alternatives when you can get it all here.
Been coming for 7 years now to fully give a true review since i used to travel for work and been to all around locations coast to coast and i still keep coming back.
I’m not sponsored by Planet fitness but wish i was, i like to give true reviews so people don’t waste their time reading through fake ones.

People need to stop over cleaning the Machines. If your getting covid your getting covid period

I have not had any issues. I am able to go in get in a long workout and get out with not wait times for equipments early in the morning and afternoons.

Always a great experience when I go to the gym! Cleanliness is a must, and this gym have mastered it, tons of equipment, friendly staff you can't go wrong here at Planet Fitness!

When I called in trying to cancel my membership, I was told I would have to come in person to cancel. Close to a month ago, I finally went in to cancel my membership before work one morning. And the man told me that since I cancelled before the 10th, I would not be charged for the upcoming month.

Last week, I saw that I had been charged. When I called in, I was told that my membership was still active. I explained the situation over the phone to be told that he could cancel my membership with me on the phone. I asked if I would get my money back. He said he would take down my information and a manager would call me back regarding the matter. Do you think I got a phone call back?

It’s extremely agitating to have to go through hoops and hurdles to cancel a membership and them not do it correctly. This was the second time using Planet Fitness (different location), but I will not be returning.

Clean place with friendly staff. Wish they had more bench press stations since people like to sit on the bench for 5 minutes between their reps.
Otherwise good place.

It's just big enough not to be crowded. Everyone pretty much minds their business. They can use more Smith machines or an area for bench with free weights! I recommend!

It was there for a couple of years then, I was not going because of covid, then I went back, because I wanted a download my membership, they say I couldn't do that and instead of keeping their members they offered to cancel my membership.
So bad management, I will never go back there.

It's crazy so many people complain about ron and the staff. They're always smiling and kind when I get there. Ron was the first person I encountered when I started and he was happy to help. I think this is an attitudes are contagious type thing. You get what you give.

Below basic gym with employees that don’t care about their jobs or their guests. Always over crowded with people camping at stations for 30min at a time. Not clean, people take 5 or 6 sets of dumbbells at once and the staff could care less. Theft issues as well, left my gear at a station and it was gone within 15 min. Once again staff could care less.

Love the early morning staff Shae, Justin, Robert, and Ron are all very friendly & the gym is clean. Marissa the gym trainer dose a great job. Please consider bringing back the fruit & bagels.

I love going to this planet fitness. Saul is always very helpful when i need help with a machine. Great job

I have been coming to this gym for a few years now and it is always nice and clean! I tend to come early mornings and the staff know my face and greet me each time. I have developed "gym friends" who are usually there when I am, and they notice when I am not there! LOL The hydro-massage and the massage chairs in the spa room come in handy after a good workout!

This is a very convenient location for me. The staff keep it very clean and they are very nice. The locker room is very clean and the gym area is quite comfortable. I feel very comfortable at this facility. I am a senior and appreciate the equipment that is easy to use.

I guess this one eye man just doesn't like women. Every question I asked he did not look at me but answered it to my husband as if I was not there. I see I'm not the 1st women to complain about him. I know he can read these so next time sweetheart just smile a little more it will get you real far in life if you just bat them pretty little eyelashes of you'res I'll be praying for a good woman to come to you baby!

It's been an excellent experience for me there, the staff, cleanliness, and the variety of equipment available. It is an excellent place for me to help me reach my goals

Busy tonight, but plenty of machines for my husband and I to pick whatever we wanted. We're still just beginners and just starting so we were only there about a half hour, but works well for us!
