This place is awesome! Jennifer is by far my favorite - so helpful and informative. She really made me feel comfortable and cared for. Highly suggest this place!

The sanitation is not up to par. It's usually crowded and you have to wait in a machine. I canceled my membership and will be probably joining another gym. The prices are bo longer the cheapest around town anyway.

Be aware! They are misinforming and misleading!

I had a membership, we have discussed with the front desk person that it will be monthly fee, no charge when i want to cancel it. Me and my husband wanted exact same contract. The front desk person changed and entered a minimum time frame for my contract which is MISLEADING AND FRAUD. We did only went one time so we wanted to cancel it. For me they said no charge and for my wife they claim we have to pay a buyout fee for 58$ which was NOT INFORMED when we signed the contract.
We did argue and they contacted the manager which was NO HELP. They let you sign the contract from the card system which you cannot even read clearly. If you going to mislead us at least print out the contract! THIS IS FRAUD AND THEY DID NOT EVEN TRIED TO HELP OR UNDERSTAND US.worst customer service experience. Worst gym do not recommend. It is so unprofessional.

The gym is nice but the customer service is horrible! The manager (white lady) does not have the interpersonal & problem solving skills to be a manager.she just looks at you and talk without any emotion and you can literally feel that she couldn’t care less about your concerns. If you tell her you’ll just sign up at another gym or mention something you have a issue with (that could’ve easily been fixed) she’s going to say “ Okay, thank you.have a nice day” and then she will smile. You can sign up with other gyms that are cheaper and treat their members way better.

My recent experience has left me absurd and shocked. I went for workout @ midnight on a weekday. As I was walking on treadmill with my friend on incline. The Spanish worker male and female came in my proximity and started pressing emergency stop button again and again causing beeping noise. For some reason that noise was giving me headache and when I stopped my machine and looked the male worker, him and the female worker tried to play it cool and unplugged the machines. This event left me speechless. The fact that they think they can treat anybody like that. Hear this, the worker in purple shirt was watching me from far away and when I confronted, he was quick to apologize. It doesn't matter how much we Pay monthly, this was a bizarre experience.

My recent visit to the Planet Fitness in Rosenberg was excellent. I strive to get a good workout on each visit and with a clean organized gym I’m able to do so in a such of an environment. The staff have been doing a great job on keeping the place well kept. It’s definitely appreciated. Thank you.

Good and cheap place to work out. I had to cancel my membership but I had to drive from one side of Rosenberg to another part. I would rather go to the Texan gym and save money gas every month.

The new female manager is doing an amazing job. After watching this location be horrible for 4 years, she is what this place needs. Amazing customer service and a true passion for her job. Hope she stays in that role. Thanks!

I went to sign up and Miles was a delight. He was very thorough and even gave me a tour of the facility when I asked if I van just do a loop.

Planet fitness provides you with fitness sessions with a personal trainer, for just $10 a month! You can’t get that type of fitness support from anywhere else! It’s mind blowing!

I come every day here. It feels good coming here. The staff are friendly and helpful. They always greet you when you arrive. Come see for yourself how good this place is.

The equipment is great and the facilities are always super clean. The people and employees are always really friendly and willing to interact.

Kenna at the front desk is always super friendly and always willing to stop whatever she is doing to help or answer questions.

The staff is exceptional and dedicated to their work. Jenyfer and Shaena are two of the most hard working and charismatic members of the staff I've had the joy of talking to and they go above and beyond for their members and to get the job done right. Those 2 deserve a raise for the hard carry they are doing there! The gym is always clean and machines kept well with everything organized and arranged perfectly. The nighttime cleaning crew is also on point with their work

The staff at Planet Fitness Rosenberg are always courteous and professional I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness Rosenberg to my friends & family.

Facility is clean and Connor and Derek are very friendly and professional. I miss Brian cause he also was so professional and friendly and greeted you every time you came through the door.

I was at the front desk and talked to Chris. He was so rude and argumentive it was unbelievable. He cursed and talked about my body parts. If his demeanor is what this club represents, no one should patronize this location. No one.
