Terrible maintenance today August 21,2023 I can assure you that there are 20 or more machines that do not work and many instruments are missing in the pulley area. The truth is I have been to more gyms in the same chain and this is the worst I have been to

I stopped going to PF altogether and switched to Colaw Fitness. I continued to pay PF all year round because I didn't want to deal with the huge cancelation fees. My contract was over on August 2,2023 and I was more than happy to go and cancel my membership. I do no recommend this gym due to their extreme fees. You can't make changes to your contract since they overcharge for everything.

Right mix of machines, free weights, and functional strength training. Wish members were better at returning equipment to its proper place when finished.

I give it a 10.very nice and respectful personal staff. They always greet you when entering and exiting. Also have great cleaning in the restroom (men).

Very helpful and great attitude staff always willing to help and will go out their way to help you out and put a smile in your face also very clean place I feel very comfortable to do my daily work outs here highly recommend

I went to cancel my membership because few months before I was told I could cancel WHENEVER I WANT, but I had to pay 62$ because I was in a commitment, which I was not told when I accepted the membership. If your gonna get a membership, make sure you get attended by a responsible adult and not some teenager

While in Dallas TX I utilize this gym during my stay. They always greet me when enter and acknowledge when I leave. It's fairly clean majority of time. There is enough equipment for me to what needs to be done. However it is a smaller facility and mainly crowded so I can't access all the equipment I'd like to use in the late afternoon evening hours

I read several bad reviews about this location which made me a bit apprehensive but the only thing that I didn’t like were the dry attitudes of the 2 youngsters that work there. They were kind of rude and then the male obviously flirting with the female right in the middle of me checking in was unprofessional. But the tanning bed and the massage chair were both clean and in working order. I will go back again.

A girl without criteria and arrogant did not let me in being a member of more than a year needs more capacity

Things get fixed slower than new ones getting fixed, they take weeks to get things solved.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO, they are a scam, crooks they've been taking Money Every Month for the past 3yrs On My Account, Even tho I never use the gym, and don't Even Live in the Area, So, I go Online, and Call to cancel, but they Give the Run Around, in the Age of email and Online Transactions, to cancel the Membership, and stop them from ELECTRONICALLY charging to Your Bank Account, You have to Physically go to the gym in Person, to Ask for a cancellation, or mail a Hand Written Letter via Certified Mail to Simply get a cancelation.they'll be Sure to use Electronics to take your Money, but they won't use Electronics to Simply cancel. I'll be filing some complaints, leaving Reviews Everywhere, and Speaking to My Attorney Since they're Deciding to Make a Simple Request to cancel a Bigger issue than It needs to be, Any other Company Simply goes into their system, and cancels, but they need a huge Production to "Possibly" cancel, and Give the Run Around, they are a scam
