I love my Planet Fitness, everyone is so nice and kind! The gym is always Clean. I love the fact that when you are being trained you have your own training section. The trainer is Awesome he knows his stuff!

I cancelled my account with their counter employee and they kept charging me every month after I moved out of town, then they say I need to cancel in person (which I did) again, which I can’t. They have license to steal and it should be illegal their business model. You can’t cancel in any other gym in any other city or by phone. The gym is not good quality either. If you are planning to use temporally, use another gym, because it will cost you way more! They don’t cancel your membership on purpose…or have very unreliable employees.

Most people would likely say that they love PF because it is the most affordable gym in their area. However, for me it has always been the staff: no matter where I go, the staff is always attentive and diligent. Every PF I've been to has been cleaner than most 24Hr Fitness gyms, which charge more, and that blows my mind. I don't know your hiring criteria, but keep doing what you're doing.

The manager at this location is a scammer. If you cancel your membership she will still continue to charge you even after a year. The employees are not helpful they will lie and say there’s nothing they can do. I strongly encourage others to be careful. They do not refund because she charged my card unauthorized. I called the police to report this company for fraud. If anyone else is having this type of experience make sure you report it because you have rights and it’s illegal for them to do that.

They will never let u quit! They say “ ohh our manager is not here right now” all the time. I never stepped foot in the gym and tried to quit snd put stop payment on my card. They just keep running up the bill and double it as a late fee. I paid for over a year and did not use it. Thats ok though my bad, not theirs. But not letting me quit and I have called at least 7 times on different days and gef the same “ our manager is not here” We are talking Monday at noon, friday all day, Saturday…. Does not matter.then they say leave your number and will call you back as soon as they get in but you never get a call back. I am hoping they take this all into consideration but doubtful. I will revise this if when I actually do talk to someone with authority that they work with me. So far hundreds gone for nothing and no one will help me settle it.

I love the facility and the staff. The facility is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place always is clean and never smells bad. The locker room and rest rooms are also very clean and don't smell. Employees are nice. Very nice atmosphere

Went in to inquire about membership, manager and 3 Reps were there but I myself toured the facility. Despite promise they didn’t get back to me on a simple inquiry for which I provided all info they needed. Unwelcoming and inappropriate conduct

After a 20 minute drive to get to this gym, my guest was turned away due to the Planet Fitness guest link not working. When we showed the employee the guest link was not working and he could clearly see that I was a black card member, he still turned us away rather trying to do his job and fix the issue that was beyond my control. So much for convincing my guest to get a membership now.

Nice gym for the price. It’s clean. Only 4 stars cause every once in a while you have idiots that are not paying members come into gym and become a nuisance.

Unfair cancellation policy. Untrained staff about cancellation policies. I have been charged for another month even though I have cancelled my membership before renewal. I will not be joining again!

The brand promise and values are pulled through the entire experience. Friendly staff, easy-to-use app, plain and simple rates and billing, clean and well-functioning equipment, accessible space and hours of operation, and no pressure—ever.

Hate the fact that they let highschool students in for free, while one has to pay for a membership. Not only that but these kids are dirty, a group of them threw Popeyes fries all over the men's locker room. Machines aren't being maintenanced properly almost all the treadmills wobble. Waste of money go to the gold's gym down the street they're strict about upkeep.

I like the local gym i get what i need from it which is great. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is chill i would recommend to those who are beginners and don't like the big gym feel.
Edit: my opinion hasn't changed, still a good starter gym.
