I um didnt go there it just showed me to um rate it so um I'm just gonna be nice and give it um five stars.

Truly appreciate the exceptional customer service received at the Front desk. Ms. Reese and her assistant was extremely amazing. The facilities at this location on the day of February 5th. Along with ladies restroom was clean give it five

Every time I come into the gym I am almost immediately greeted by the friendly staff, and I mean greeted by name. Both the staff and patrons help keep the gym very clean. I have been a member at several other ‘brand’ gyms and I would never go back.

Apparently Masks are no longer required. Disappointing to see the gym filled with massless faces. If that’s the case at least make the water fountain and caution taped gym equipment available to the public SMDH

Company doing a time of global sickness went in my wife's account without notifications and took over $300 knowing my wife never used the membership. Then told her she had to come in to cancel, but you can sign up on line, make sense? NO, well us either, then they wanted more money in order to cancel. Sounds fishy to us, also they gave her three different numbers to call to cancel and they all passed the buck. Company is GHETTO

I’ve been going to this location for three years just for the simple fact that is right next to my job. But never again would I Sign up with them again.

One of the planet fitness, never too crowded and the member are not too messy the majority rerack the weights back

This is the WORST facility! Everytime I come here all the coins are so-called being stolen. Once I am finished with weight training I always look forward to recovering with a nice massage and the Hydro Massage beds don't do it for me. I love to use the massage chairs but can't even use it which ticks me off. I hate this location! It never fails, they are always out of coins.

Good Gym, mostly clean & 24 hrs. Only 4 b/c u have to ask to use bed & massage (even as a black card holder). And I went to a class offered at 6am and the trainer had no idea there was a clasa on the schedule.but thankfully he did acomodate me.

I love this gym. Friendly staff and they always charge me appropriately and reasonably. They have lots of cardio equipment and run a clean gym. It stays open 24/7 and is very busy. I am impressed with the staff and cleanliness.

I dont feel comfortable at gyms, but i decided to try again and I feel good here. No one hogs weights or stations, and everyone seems friendly.no one doing too much to gain attention

Great gym! The staff at the front are always smiling, having fun and making it an great experience! Ashley and Jonathan are doing a great job! Keep up the good work! Because y’all staff really are amazing.

WORST GYM EVER! FRONT DESK WORKER BRITTNEE R. FRINK HAS BEEN HARASSING ME AND MAKES ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE EVER SINCE I STARTED COMING TO THIS LOCATION. SHE EVEN MADE A COMMENT ABOUT MY BUTT BEING TOO BIG TO WEAR TIGHTS (workout pants). EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL ALWAYS EATING WHILE CHECKING IN CUSTOMERS AND MAKING VULGAR REMARKS. IF THERE IS A SITUATION YOU WANT TO REPORT THERE IS NO CORPORATE OFFICE (at least that's what the manager told me) THEY HANDLE STUFF AMONG THEMSELVES, THEY EVEN BLOCKED MY FRIEND WHO HAS HER OWN MEMBERSHIP! JUST BECAUSE WE ARE FRIENDS! ITS SO CRAZY. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT COME HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL! THEY WILL PLOT AGAINST YOU WHEN YOU SPEAK ON THEIR WRONG DOINGS.

I been working out here for almost a year. Here are the pros and cons:

Pros:
1. Not as crowded compared to nearby 24 hours or LA fitness
2. Everybody minds their business.
3. All the equipment are new and clean
4. Hydro massage chair for black membership
5. Tanning room
6. Friendly staffs
7. Police officer constantly patrol the area.

Cons:
1. Can be crowded from 7: 00 PM to 9: 00 PM
2. Doesn't have swimming pool

I like this gym so much but none of my friends are working out here. For that reason, I'm planning to cancel the membership so I can join my friends at LA.

Friendly staff.but always changing. Clean.just some members hog up the stations and are actually on the phone taking selfies

It’s good enough for the price. It’s also clean and never too crowded. That might change after everyone’s new year resolution

Great place if you are new to working out. If you are bodybuilder, someone who is doing high weights or want to dead lift, they dont have it.it won't satisfy you.possibly as a warm up or cardio. Great staff and facility. Seriously considering starting to get fit, best place to start. No Sanaa, no pool but they do have showers. Kinda small but still can help develop the body you want.

I came here after my mom signed up for a membership. Extremely impressed. For $20/month she can bring one guest every single time she comes and their equipment is new, clean and functions properly. They even have these labels on the machines you can scan with your phone and it will tell you how to use the machine. All of the employees are so nice and welcoming they even remember you when you come in. They do not work off commission so you can trust that they are not trying to rip you off. They also have tanning beds and massage chairs. Great workout place.

The staff here is totally unwelcoming, arrogant, not showing any concerns to the people looking for memberships. All the staff members seems to be receptionists with a lot of attitude towards newcomers. Their body language and talking tone give a negative impact of the gym to the people enquiring about.

I usually go in the mornings. This is a great place for a “mind your own business” workout. If you know your machines and workout routine, you go in, do your thing and your out. Professional staff and clean facility makes you feel like your under paying them.
