Planet Fitness, San Antonio TX

Nobody wears masks. Nobody cares. I asked if this was the usual, and the group of 6 people behind the desk just shrugged and said it's OK when I told them that folks were just roaming maskless around the club. Just carried on laughing and ignoring the situation. I canceled my membership right there. I've been a member for years, but I'm not getting covid just to save $5 a month. I'll stick to the trail for now.

Excellent customer service. Clean area all the time. Nice workout machines. I’m very happy been part of Planet Fitness family!

I love the cleanliness and everyone respects everyone’s space. No annoying grunting or weight slamming. Machines well maintained.

Come here as a guest and annoyed with a female worker who’s always on her phone in the locker room watching videos and cleaning and watching video's at the same time very unprofessional! I prefer night’s since I work during the day but this should be addressed when to be on you’re phone.

My experiences at this location have always been great. The gym is always clean and tidy. Associates are always welcoming and helpful.

If you’re a bodybuilder with your nose in the air I understand this gym might be beneath you, but if you’re just tryna get in shape and start your journey to be the best version of yourself.you really CANNOT beat under $30 a month! Open 24 hours AND you can visit ANY location with the black card. Nice

The boy, red/blonde hair and tattoo, working the desk 5-6am is extremely unprofessional and rude.threatened to cancel my membership when i was there.i am so nervous, intimidated, and threatened by his posture and tone.it's hard to workout here anymore and considering golds gym move.

It’s a very good place to workout with a very reasonable prices in return for services, equipment, and locations. The staff is friendly and cool.

Last night as I was exiting the lady’s restroom I notice a male worker pat a female worker on her lower back to me that’s very unprofessional. I come to this gym about twice a week.

Tons of equipment and friendly staff. Gym is open 24 hours, so is highly convenient. Equipment is clean and serviceable, and I enjoy working out here.

I love my planet fitness into 3 or 4 times a week and get in a great workout for half the price of other gyms

This is my home gym. I love everything about this place. They have two awesome machines that I really liked. The row machines and the abdominal machine. It's very well laid out.

Good machines, fine customer service. Good choice for the price you get but of course you will only see results if you have discipline

Always clean and machines are easy to use. It's a great place to lose weight or obtain whatever fitness goals you may have. The price is more than fair for what you get. They even have massage beds and lockers to place your belongings in. There are showers also for when you're done working out. They have a huge selection of cardio as well as free weights to choose from. I always enjoy going there.

I hope I would get hired there but no call backs yet keep putting my application and I have experience but they are their to help you get where you need to be it is an awesome gym.

HORRIBLE explanation. Plans suck. Can not even bring family as a guest just as bad as GOLD GYM? ! $$$

Great place to exercise prices r incredibly the best! Personell is great.bring a friend for free the best advantage.

I recently came in bcuz I was in a situation where I needed to use more than one planet fitness bcuz even though this is my favorite location, I’m not always able to go to it. I asked a planet fitness worker named Benjamin Guevara about the benefits of the black card and he went over all of the benefits and how it could actually fix my situation. I signed up immediately and now I can go to any planet fitness I want.

Here every day, im glad i got the black card membership totally worth every penny and the staff there are very helpful with everything plus theres a tanning booth!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selection of equipment. Black card is definately worth the small price difference.
