Club members are NOT fellowing mask requirements. And staff members are not informing / saying anything. Me personally if want to work out you need your mask on the full time if you can’t then limit your stay. This is no joke you and workout and still get the covid 19. Health care works’s is wearing a mask 8-12 hours or more to safe life’s and it’s ppl that come into the gym don’t care! And as the owner you should make sure that members are doing what’s asked. HEB works’s have to wear them the time your in the store you have to have a mask on again what makes the gym above those requirements?

Well maintained establishment. Thankful for the extra effort towards keeping everything sanitized and clean. Very nice place to get a good workout in!

I love this gym! I am so thankful for the staff here and how well they maintain the equipment. I have been trying to get my fiance to quit Gold's for about a year. Now the Gold's closed and we get married this Sunday. Think he is merging (about time). I AM SO GLAD THEY ARE OPENING AGAIN! Keep up the good work and appreciate you guys! After my two knee surgeries this place is what kept me going. Not only the equipment but the attitude of the staff.

First is it's convenient but that's not the main reason. It's comfortable, has plenty of machines so I never have had to wait to work out. They have free weights available if that what you need, the locker room is spacious with plenty of lockers. Love the hydro massage tables after a good workout!

This is the best location in San Antonio! Always super clean and smells nice. Came in for help with my account; Courtney and Jamil were awesome and super friendly

Great for staying in shape or getting in shape but not for serious strength training. Dumbbells max out at only 75lbs.

Always clean and extremely affordable gym. The amenities are worth the monthly fees alone. Black card membership is great for people who travel a lot and want a workout on the road or just a quick shower.

Helpful staff and clean equipment, worthy of the budget minded physical fitness customer. All sorts of enthusiast from thin, muscular to those looking to shed some pounds, all are made to feel welcome.

The staff was incredible and accommodating on my visit. I have a service dog that one of the staff watched for me while I took a shower. You don't see customer service like that every day!

My visits have been pleasant, the staff is friendly and professional, the facilities have been clean, the equipment has functioned properly and I feel that I get a bang for my buck.

Awesome gym & staff! Not that crowded and not intimidating to work out! Took our kids 11 & 13 year old here no problems.

Conveniently located off of the freeway and the facilities always seem clean. Definitely not luxurious but I don't think anyone is expecting that from a $10/month gym membership. I usually go at 9am and it's never busy.

I use several Planet Fitness locations in SA, and as usual you are greeted by a friendly employee, the facility and locker rooms are kept clean, and the machines work.

Love this gym. The only complaint or suggestion I have is to please put mirrors in front of the smith machines!

Code readers on elliptical machines still don't work and access to certain weight lifting machines is impossible in the evening and early morning. Classes- i can work around that. Better than exercising out side

Very clean location. They don't have a lot of free weights but I haven't had an issue modifying my workouts to adjust for this. Plus the price is great and they're open 24 hours.

This really is a great place to work out and the prices are very affordable. I never have a problem getting a machine and everyone seems to be very courteous about wiping sweat off the equipment after they use it. The treadmills are really good and I like the TV setup they have. The hours are perfect because they are always open

I moved out of state and cannot cancel online.instructed to contact gym (stone oak san antonio) and they tell me you have to do it in person.it is 2018 you got to make it easy. Overall had great experience but now feel your trying to bleed a few months until I complain enough to get account cancelled.

I really enjoy Planet Fitness. My wife and I have been members for over 2 years. There's always equipment available. And the prices are extremely reasonable.
