Hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Zach, my salesperson, was very professional, patient, and accommodating. He helped guide me through roughly 15 vehicles to work out my must-haves, nice-to-haves, and aesthetic options in order to put me in the perfect vehicle. The sales management was completely reasonable when it came time to negotiate the deal. Financing was not the typical beat-down of high-pressure add-on sales tactics, but rather a casual discussion of the options, benefits, and upfront costs without a lot of hidden agenda. While traveling to see family I went in for service on my car, the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to explain step by step what needed to be done. Trina took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant experience. I will come back again.

And for my first oil change my service advisor Cameron and his manager Trina were absolutely fantastic! They got my car serviced fast at a reasonable price and even picked it up from my house! I had the most amazing experience with Peyton Jones and Love Planet Lincoln at Love Field! I just bought the Aviator and it was missing a few key features that were very important to me and they made it happen.
It was all done so professionally, quickly and easily! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

I had a very odd experience with their service department. I took my car in for a recall to be fixed on the battery I dropped the car off around noon and was told it would be the next day before I could pick it up but that they would contact me to let me know if they find any other issues or things that need to be done to approve those. My car was left over night and the following day about 1pm I was called by the service department to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up and that due to battery they had to reset some lights and that I would owe $285. I was very caught off of guard as I have taken my car in for recalls in the past and have never heard of being charged for a manufacturer recall. When arriving to pick up the car I asked the service guy what exactly the charge was for because I was never contacted by them to ask if I approved of them doing any other work to the car other than the recall, I was told I was being charged for labor because they had to work on my car for over an hour and they charge $220 per hour for labor. I felt as if they saw a young lady come in with a car and thought I was a sucker and that I would not know any better and just pay it. I told him that seemed odd that they were charging that much especially when I thought a recall was covered by Lincoln. He then offered to lower the bill down which I thought was very odd that he can just make up the pricing as he pleases. I was given a receipt that said $110 for labor but was charged $134. I know that is not necessary a huge amount of money but it was more of the fact that I felt like they took advantage of me and it makes me think how many others are they just making up prices for and getting away with it. I usually take my car to Lincoln Grapevine and I learned my lesson this time and will drive to Grapevine because I ever step foot in this Planet Lincoln Dallas again! I also noticed they left cords hanging down near the gas petals definitely would not recommend their service department. I reached out to Lincoln customer care and they tried contacting the dealer to let them reach out to me to make it right. Still haven’t heard from Planet Lincoln Dallas and don’t expect I will hear from them. When I called the customer care line back for Lincoln directly they said that they keep getting sent to voicemail and that they haven’t been able to speak to the dealership. Maybe it’s just the holidays but I guess we will see.

Quickest car service department i have ever worked with. Called one day they got me in, diagnosed the repair, fixed the repair and had me out by the same day. The whole team was good. I was not able to remember the technicians name but Catrina was superb.

I hesitate to leave a 4 star review. They have the tools and things to give 5 stars experience but they simply fail to use them effectively. Follow through, double checking, and keeping customer go a long way.
