To be honest I’m new to vaping. My experience at Planet X wasn’t the greatest. Felt like the service wasn’t what it was supposed to be.

Went in today workers were nice. Had alot to choose from. My daughter and I will be returning to buy.

This is by far, the best Vape store in Killeen. Only vape shop that had the coils I needed in town! Inventory there is AMAZING. If they don’t have it, no one has it! Definitely my new local Vape store!

My fiance and myself love this shop, we just recently purchased a Torch Water water pipe and we love the quality of this glass. The courtesy and politeness of the staff is awesome and when we walk in they make us feel comfortable while we shop.

I bought a fuel refill for my zippo lighter came up to $14.06, couple days later saw the same size exact can at a gas station for $5.30! That's not something that is overpriced, you guys are robbing people!

Like a kid in a candy store! They have everything from vapes, incense, tons of gorgeous tobacco pipes, and all the accessories you could ever need! Not to mention how great the staff was. I'll be going there again!

They always have everything I need in stock. Prices are better than competitors, as well as quality of products. The owner is friendly and I don't go anywhere else anymore.

Over priced robbery they wouldn't even sell me a bowl cause it went to another hookah pipe so I asked " let me see the one that's not bear a pipe" he said he couldn't sell it to me and he pointed to a hookah that already had a bowl on it saying it goes to that one. It seems like he didn't want to give me anything.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is on point! Don't be afraid to go in and NOT ask any questions that you have! They will answer them, and help you with whatever it is that you are looking for! I have stopped going to my regular vape store and now come to them. They are awesome!

Im an Ex- Associate who now realizes how shady all smoke shops are, especially this one in particular. I was fired after 16hrs of shifts, before I even signed my application or W-2’s. I had the cops called on me for “Harassment” while I was at my other job. At the time the cops were called, I was on break texting planet X owners asking why I was fired for taking my second break within my 8hr shift. They answered with “dont text back or i will call the cops” and they did. Needless to say the cops realized how unprofessional and incompetent the owners Benny and Rishi are but what they dont realize is they do shady stuff all of the time. Most people dont even know Planet X has military discount, because employees are yelled at if they ask you if you’re military. This place is unbelievable. You’re better off at ANY Austin smoke shop.

Julie is the best! She provided Exceptional customer service! I was attempting to learn about kratom (1st time user) and it took me forever! I was literally asking every question possible about every kratom product and most of the cbd products they had, she answered every question politely, wasn’t rushing me or getting irritated or anything. That meant ALOT to me as I was very nervous about trying these products and was skeptical about them actually working. She was very knowledgeable about the products there and brings a great vibe to the shop! I left feeling completely confident in the products I purchased. I will definitely be back! Best smoke shop I’ve been to️ Definitely recommend people come here for their smoke shop needs!

It's a decent place. Bought my first vape. The kratom? I just go online for it. Other than that, they're a nice place.

Staff is very friendly but if you are looking pre rolled cbd joint, DO NOT BUY THEIR EXPENSIVE DOOBIES! It is not worth the money. You can find it for a third of the price with the same cbd content for lessless. Also, the taste is horrible. What a waste

They sold me a Juul starter kit that had no contents in the box. I went back in 5min later and they said there was nothing they could do.
