Plano auto is a pretty good shop. Ali is very knowledgeable and helpful. He’s been my go to guy for vehicles whenever there’s any issues. Been using them for about 3 years now and I’m very satisfied with the quality of service. Prices are very reasonable and vehicles usually ready same day (unless parts have to be ordered of course) Very friendly service & I’d recommend to friends & anyone that’s in the area.

Bad service, I only went for the front brake pads and they told me $75 and in the end they charged me $175. I asked for a receipt and he told me it would cost me $180. That bearded man is crazy. It was Friday, October 20,2023, I'm not lying, it's true, it's a shame I didn't take a photo. But I don't recommend it breed.

One of the best interactions I've ever had getting my car fixed, and they were fast. Ali is the most honest helpful guy I've met in a while and he's very knowledgeable. Definitely a 10/10!

This is a very amazing shop. Customer service is to die for. Every time I need something done. It is done right and it is done on time. I've been coming here for a while. Unreasonable prices. Worst customer service. I will not be taking my vehicle here for services. AAA Discount Tire and Auto care on 14th and Shiloh has great prices and amazing customer service. I recommend everyone to go there instead.

Ali has done 3 or 4 jobs to help me ready my 2008 Chevy Impala to sell. He did excellent work and was more than reasonable. I recommend him HIGHLY.

My cars air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a 105° day (tragic). I looked up the closest repair shop and what a happy accident I ended up at Plano Automotive. Mr. Ali was kind enough to walk me through exactly what work was being done, and I felt I was treated very fairly despite it being pretty obvious I had no idea what he was talking about. He tried the cheapest solutions first, and it ended up solving the problem, my a/c is ice cold. Very pleased with my experience.

Mr. Ali is expert in what he does. They provide the quickest service you’ll ever get in Plano. The service fee is pretty less. They also provide the state inspection for your vehicle.

This place is so good. Ali is really nice. Whenever there is a problem, me and my friends go there and he will fix that at best price. Very reliable.

We called on a Saturday afternoon for ABS sensor replacement on the front of one of our modified Jeeps. Able to get us in quickly and were super helpful.
