I found this delightful jewelry store, right in the heart of Plano, and I’ve been nothing but impressed with their customer service, their innovations and expert designs as well. I would highly recommend them.

I'm not happy, me and my mom went in to fix a wristwatch in December and we waited three weeks only to be told that it can't be fixed, there's no part and they said that they would clean it and they didn't, I'm not happy.

Bryan was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the repair process. Will definitely return for any future jewelry needs.

It is SO refreshing to be treated like a valued customer by a small business, and that was my experience today at Plano Custom Jewelers. I had a very simple request of re-sizing a new watch I had recently purchased online, and Brian was so accommodating and professional, taking care of me quickly and with such a friendly attitude - I will be using them for all of my jewelry needs - because if they do the little things well, I know they do the big things with excellence too! And hey, it fits!

Went to this store based off of a recommendation… and I am glad I did! I needed to get two necklaces cleaned/polished. Bryan M. Was the employee that helped me out and he was absolutely excellent! He explained the whole process as this was my first time ever getting my jewelry cleaned. He was also incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with a thoroughness that made me feel comfortable knowing I was in great hands. Upon receiving my newly cleaned necklaces, I was in awe at how much they shined! I will never go anywhere besides Plano Custom Jewelers ever again! If you go in, you’ll have to ask for Bryan M. Plano Custom Jewelers fixed my husband’s wedding band very quickly! They were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job! I’d definitely work with them again.

I went to the shop to get my platinum watch and my gold-plated bracelet polished from normal wear and tear. Bryan helped me out, and my pieces came out looking brand new! The store had a very welcoming atmosphere and everyone was very professional.

After talking to him and the owner, Willy, I am confident these guys are my new Go-To’s. They have expertise in all aspects of the field and I would highly recommend going to check em out! The shop has a wide selection of men’s and women’s jewelry, but also do custom pieces and can make adjustments on the stuff you bring in.
