Plano Park Townhomes

I wrote my previous review at 5 in the morning because I was up all night dealing with the reason I previously wrote the review.

Called Toni today and now that I've had sleep, Toni is so nice. I made my previous review in haste and anger but I have decided to revise it.

The place is great, I throughly have enjoyed my month here so far. Toni has been quick to fix any issue I've had.

I’m sharing my wonderful experience with Toni the manager at Plano park townhouse. She’s exceptional, incredible, professional and above all very kind.she’s always there for the residents in any type of situations. I never do reviews for any apartments in my life but Toni deserve a 10 stars If you looking for a safe and secure home come to Plano park townhomes and ask for Toni you will thank me later.

The best place to live in Plano with an affordable price for just you or a family. Ive been here 7yrs. Very beautiful and peaceful community. And Office Manager TONI! Makes it all happen. Process simple and easy! Come on through.she got you!

Toni has been amazing through this whole moving situation! I couldn't ask for a better property manager! The community is peaceful and the neighbors I have met so far are SOOO nice! The apartment is super cute and I am so glad I found this place!

I love it here. It's very quiet, no noise as in you can't even hear anything just the way I like it. The maintenence is always on time and yes they do pick up and Toni is very good at responding to email very quick. I have used a year in this building complex. The townhomes are extremely spacious especially the 1bedroom. The only thing I don't like are the cockroaches I see on a daily basis, pest control do come out but they don't go away.

We have been working with Toni the Apartment Manager and she is just wonderful and so helpful. Always answering my millions of questions and follows up in a timely manner. I cannot wait to move into our new townhome.

The manager Toni has been a tremendous help through out the leasing process! She been a pleasure to work with and is very resourceful, accommodating and prompt. Her willingness to help out her future tenants has left a wonderful impact on my upcoming move. Keep up the wonderful Toni, thank you so much again!

Not sure why they put phone number to call when no one wants to answer or look at voice mail. I was wondering if these 4 or 5 star reviews are even genuine? I must have made 3-4 calls in last 2 days and even left voice mail but no one cared to get back to me. Good luck with your practise.

I've been here about ten months, and having dealt with apartment and townhome communities, Plano Park Townhomes are a throwback to how leasing business should be done. They don't quote one price and then up it with fee after fee, which is the bait and switch method most communities use these days. They also are far more reasonable priced than like communities. The management does not treat you like a number, but an actual human. It's a tough and deceptive market out there, and dealing with Plano Park Townhomes has been a refreshing experience. I've never had a maintenance order that wasn't dealt with promptly, and have never felt unsafe or not at home. Plano PArk is definitely different than the rest!

I’m so excited about living here. The leasing manager has been so helpful throughout the process. It’s a quiet well kept neighborhood. Has a cute dog run area and playground. The pool area is well kept. We are in one of the bigger units and I love the layout. Overall it’s been a great experience. I hope to stay for a while.

I love living here! Toni is an amazing leasing agent and had me sold as soon as I walked in the door! The community is beautiful and very quiet I haven’t had any problems! Best place to live if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Thank you Toni!

2 years staying here. Quiet neighbors good parking. Maintenance always came next day literally. AC went out a few times but it was always fixed same day or had portable units to suffice. Gate works majority of the time only within last 3/4 months it’s been down more than ever. Think of a good story of trying to get out of lease honest route will not work. Other than that, you will get hit with crazy renters fee.electricity seems to be higher here also after leaving bigger place for here.

I love living here! I have been here almost a year! I lost my husband/love of my life here & they took care of me! Hardest time I have had in 37 years & I wouldnt have expected how they treated me with such kidness! The tenants & Toni! They saved my life!

A diamond in the rough! Absolutely loved living here. Lived her for 2 years and only moved because I decided to buy a house. It is a small quiet community. Any issues I had were taken care of promptly. Toni and Mary were always pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend living here!

This complex gave me a chance when no one else would. No one bothered me, nice neighbors. Any issues I had was dealt with each time, no problem. Only reason I left is due to the complex not having 3 bedrooms. Toni, thank you for your customer service. Best apartment manager I have came in contact with. I wish you nothing but the best. Give this place a chance, future residents.

I have been here for little over 3 years. People mind their business. Generally quiet. There are roaches and water bugs. Pest control is available just put in a request. The gate works 95% of the time. When it’s broke they work hard to get it fixed. The outside lighting works 80% of the time. It takes them longer to get that fixed but it does get fixed. I am not sure what’s going on with the landscaping. Seems like they started and maybe it isn’t finished. There is not enough storage. I do not feel like the maintenance guys understand how to do some jobs.it’s more like putting a bandaid over something you know will end up causing more damage or breaking down several times. A/c issues, roof leaked a few times-was fixed in timely manner.you can go get a replacement filter when dropping off rent. The pipes are old so toilet can’t handle much. Appliances are outdated so they break easily. I’ve had cabinets fall apart. I am worried about move out charges but will see how that goes upon move out. Will update how that goes. Toni has been nothing but outstanding and understanding.

I moved to TX from CT in March, didn't know what to expect but Toni made the transition extremely seamless. She made me feel safe and confident in my decision to make this my home. I never right reviews for housing because things can go bad quickly. But any issues or concerns I have she 100% takes care of me. I have had few problems, and the few I have had get addressed right away with a complete fix. If you are looking for a smaller community where you want to feel safe and get a great bargain for the cost. Plano Park is the place for you.
