I adore the roses at $5.50 each – a perfect touch to the ambiance. My friend was delighted by the perfumes.

Don't buy from here. Agree with other reviewers these people are crooks and not to be trusted. Ordered thousands of dollars worth of items for delivery- they didn't even deliver our whole order and didn't even say anything after, just put it back on their shelves and we found it there when we had to come back to get the rest of our stuff after paying them for delivery. Furthermore, they delivered dead trees. We called and emailed them repeatedly for over a month about this and no response. Take your money and time elsewhere.

Naw but for real, the flower arrangements were beautiful. Not only did my mom think they were beautiful, but everyone else thought so too! She loved her bday flowers that you put together. Thanks again, Rose! #therealdesigner

Came here to get an arrangement for a friend. It was beautiful, prices were clear on everything, and I was about to get in and out quickly with exactly what I needed.

Although the photos on IG look lovely, I have not had a good experience with Plants n' Petals. First when I went to order a bouquet, the staff was very lax and not helpful with ideas or recommendations. Then no one called to confirm so I called the day before my wedding to discuss delivery time and location. On the morning of my wedding I got a call from an unknown number asking if I were getting married because she had just received my bouquet. First of all this is 4 hours ahead of the agreed upon time and to the wrong place/person. When I called to relay what happened the person said she would speak to the manager, but again was very lax. This is definitely NOT how I intended to be starting my day. Hopefully the bouquet at least looks decent when I see it in a few hours.

The manager just called to make excuses and blame the hotel, but did not apologize for the the incident or the delivery time. She said even though I asked for 2 pm, they can deliver any time from when they open until 2. I called the hotel and they said no one from Plant n' Petals came to the front desk (which is what I instructed them to do) so they are not sure how the driver went to the wrong place.

One last thing to add.now that I see the bouquet it looks NOTHING like what I requested. I asked for roses and peonies and there are NO peonies in the arrangement plus it looks nothing like the photo at all. If the initial salesperson would have spent more time understanding my desires it probably would look like what I paid $300 for.

This will be my first and last time dealing with Plants n' Petals.

Plants n Petals was great to work with everything was handled online with a picture and they nailed the arrangement 100%. They’re now my go to in the future!

Called and said I was otw to buy a bouquet they told me long as I came before 4.got there 10 minutes before closing and no one was there and nobody would pick up phone wasted my time
