I did not have an appointment because someone deleted it because I didn't need my oil changed.but my car was not running right.alarms going off, tire pressure warnings on all four tires. I happened to take a chance and drive up to service and the gentleman took my key and started the car and knew right away it was the battery. Then he took to the back.new battery and everything is working great.

I drop my truck off to get the rear brakes fixed. I went back the next morning to check on it and see roughly how long it might take. The service representative Joe got a attitude real quick with me. When I ask roughly how long to do a break job. His response was (here we go again) He acted as if it was a complete inconvenience to him for a customer to try and get an estimate of how long their vehicle would be in the shop. This was after he just lied to my face and told me it was up on the rack and they were fixing to pull the wheels off and see what was wrong with it. This was not true because it was still setting in the parking lot. I had high hopes for this place to become my new go to for service on all of my vehicles and to buy new vehicles. But that's not going to happen now. P. S. I took my truck home when he got a attitude. It is a 2020 Chevy 3500 HD dually. I ended up changing the rear brakes, rotors and one of the calipers in 5 hours. This includes finding the parts. I have done brakes before but never on a dually. This would have been easy money for them.

The service department is first class. David and his staff always take care of our needs in a prompt and courteous manor.

Love working with the team at Platinum. Mike and Beverly are great. Entire process was pleasant and quick. Finance team was great as well.

I had my brakes changed on my 2022 Silverado 2500 and this is how they were installed by their service department. They forgot to reinstall one of the brake caliper bolts and so it scraped the heck out of the inside of my rear passenger side rim. I have called and left messages and tried to reach out but have not heard back for over 2 weeks now.

The site manager, Sky, pulled off a minor miracle and got us our desired vehicle from another dealership very quickly.
