Platinum Ford, Terrell TX

While driving home to Pilot Point from Amarillo, we found the exact Ford Bronco we were looking for on the Platinum website. Called the dealership and spoke with Andrew Hogan, who assured us it was still available. Andrew texted us the window sticker, along with half a dozen photos. We bypassed home and drove the extra 90 minutes to Platinum Ford in Terrell. Andrew had the Bronco ready to roll and my wife and I both test drove it. We bought it on site and had the paperwork done before we left for home. We thanked Andrew for staying after hours to help get the deal finished, only to find out that it was actually his day off and he had answered the phone because he happened to be in his office for a little bit. It ended up he stayed all day just for us. That’s true work ethic, not seen much these days from the younger generations.

Let me start to say that I have my 2019 Ford here regarding a transmission situation. This truck has say here for more than almost a month because they only had one transmission guy the service technician or service guy. Kyle does not know how to respond whatsoever to anybody Communication with this location is horrible. They made me stay here and wait and wait I have called and got no kind of response back now I’m sitting here talking to Management and I asked them and requested documents and they start assuming what I’m doing is not going to happen they’re in my business trying to tell me what I can, and cannot do. Overall, these people are fos Will never come back to get my vehicle serviced here ever again
