I came here because Dr. Saenz is a coach and friend I've grown to know and trust. It's always tricky to trust your health to your friends but I have to say my experience rehabbing a sports hernia with him was above and beyond what I expected. His knowledge of the body and specific movements and exercises is very impressive. This was crucial because my next option was surgery and I was told that I could give physical therapy "a shot" to try to avoid it. I'm glad I took that shot at Platinum Performance because I am back to being fully active with working out and playing soccer and I feel GREAT! I truly owe it to Dr. Saenz and his plan! Would recommend to anyone dealing with any injury, he'll get you right!
