Plato's Closet Carrollton, TX reviews
7Lady at the counter has attitude for what (beware of the one with specs). Lady you need training!
Great service from Mariana, Jarley and Paula…. These employees always with a smile and awesome attitude….
Its hard to know where to even begin, but the workers at this store are wholly unprepared to be running a store. The one seemed to be most in charge was snotty and rude to both the customers and her coworkers. The interaction between them, eachother, and the customers was so unprofessional, and well beyond wahat i would expect even coming from a place like thhis. DON"T GO HERE, GO SELL ONLINE
This location is an absolute mess. No system of organization, sizes and styles all mixed together with each other. A lot of the items were tagged with the wrong size on the Plato's closet tag so you have to check the actual clothing label - extra work for no reason. It is both overwhelming, and underwhelming as there are a multitude of items, but nothing of quality at all. Very upsetting.
So i thought it was just me until i looked at the reviews. The items i brought in was only once or never been used. I dont like wearing the same thing multiple times. I usually give to friends or sisters but this time i decided since they brand brand new let me sell them. They literally only accepted 2 pieces from 12. They offered me $8.05 on them, they costed me about $150+. I am not sure who’s checking or whats going on but that don’t add up
I’m done with this store, I stood there waiting to get helped while there were four girls behind the cash register. Only one them was actually doing their job and checking people out while another girl was attempting to solve an a Rubiks cube and the cat girl rested her head on her shoulder and the other one stood their talking to them.
This is the worst Plato’s I’ve been to. I had brand new clothes that they said they wouldn’t take because of the condition. Brand new! Children running the place & not even looking through anything cause they are lazy. Won’t be back
