Don't ever go there to sell anything I took ten pairs of never worn shoes I had and they wanted to offer me 11$ might be a good store to shop in but they are like the pawn shops I guess they will low ball you and then turn around and sell your stuff for more money. But that's how they all do I guess

I took my daughter here to shop today. And I overheard the clerks bragging as they went thru clothes someone brought in. They are literally STEALING. The one clerk told the other girl, "haha if the clothes fit you and you want them just give them (seller) cash for a few things and take home what you want. They don't care they just want cash" so warning if you take stuff here get an itemized receipt so you know you're getting paid for what you bring.plus the company should check their employees.terrible staff here

Staff in the morning was not very approachable and did not seem interested in helping me. Made me feel as if I was bothering them. I had high-quality jeans in stacks, and they wouldn't accept them or even look at them.

️I LOVE this store! It's always organized and smell nice. The deals are little pricey, but if you compare to orginal retail price you would understand that it is a steal. I just bought a pair of air forces for $65. I don't know about you but compare to other locations they have a better shoe selection for both men and women. Like most places the workers aren't perfect (they are human), but they were very helpful on helping me find a outfit.

Absolutely poor experience. Decluttered winter clothes and went in with already low expectations due to tiktok videos I have encountered and decided to check it out for myself. I took pictures prior to my visit to compare what I was selling vs items they purchase and resell. With that being said I was already familiar with items I was dropping off. Signed up to receive a text and chose to stay and wait while I browsed the store. I ended up receiving a call and told my items were ready for pick up and that unfortunately nothing I took in was what they were looking to buy. I went up to the counter to collect my items and was asked for my name and tried handing in my ticket when I noticed two of my skirts on their counter as the associate said she didn’t need my ticket and I was confused as I said well those are from my bag. At this point I was already convinced they were trying to keep some of my items without paying me for it. There was no point in reacting so I just grabbed my bag and left. Leaving with an already bad impression of this place about a few minutes later I received another call from the same associate stating there was a vest with designs left behind they must have “forgotten” to put back in my bag and I said I would be there in two minutes. Again, I just went in and grabbed it and left without making it something big. Maybe it was an honest mistake on their behalf but then again I have my opinion at this point I don’t feel like it was a coincidence.

You can definitely purchase a brand new Columbia jacket/sweater for $30 if not less at the outlet!

I left 2 bags in this place to them evaluate my clothes, they don't do it with you. (Whether that's already very strange) when I came back to pick them up they had accepted only a jacket and a boot, that's fine with me. When I went to get my bags they had less stuff than I had left, they had taken out 4 brand-new bags,

One of them was even about to sell, without my authorization. Don't leave your things for evaluation, they take things out of their bags and say they didn't want to keep anything. Be careful, count exactly how many pieces you are leaving, and take a picture, because unfortunately, they are not sincere.

Took mother in law clothes to this place more then half items had tags. We went through thousands of clothes and they said did not accept any clothes due to Condition.what condition? Drove far for this place. Don't waste your time.

I should've read the reviews first!
My daughter brought 3 items: never worn boots that were, $89.99, boots worn 1 time only, $55.00, and never worn sandals, $23.00, all they offered was $14.00. This store is a scam! Will never tell people anything good about this store! They're probably make 3 times the money to resale those items! Please don't waste your time at this store!

They don't have anything worth buying, probably because they don't want to buy anything. Always saying not current styles. They are left with old styles no one wants.

Deals aren't that great especially considering how little they give you for your clothes

BEST STAFF! My experience here has ALWAYS been so professional and EXTREMELY pleasant! Sol and her staff are FANTASTIC- they're very polite and quick on their feet! First of all the Arlington store stinks came to this location and not only did they take the items I gave, but my wife was blown away by the selection this store offered. Bri And Mi Mi are fantastic and made us feel welcome! Normally I wouldn’t come to this kind of store, but after the service we received we shall be back as long as they are still there! Highly recommend!

Felt rushed.not even a hello, welcome.teenagers who work here, should be able to learn some manners. Everything was unorganized to me compared to other locations I've been to.i wouldn't recommend.

There's a list of items that they say are most sought after so I brought a 39 gall bag of those name brand items light skinned curly hair girl took 4 items out of 130 and LITERALLY NOTHING ON THE LIST. I've been waiting in this store for 4 hrs and its unacceptable. So rude and stuck up. DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS HERE! They only buy from who they know

I went in the store Friday morning and this black chick light skin with brown skin with hazel like eyes she had on shorts and a gray shirt I took a brand new pair of shoes brand new watch and a few other items she took everything except for the watch and the shoes but the other stuff she took wasn't in good condition the shoes were in perfect condition they were basically brand new the watch was a G-Shock Casio very expensive watch and she turned it down y'all need to get some better workers here because this is ridiculous y'all took the raggedy stuff but made me keep the good stuff dummies

This place is literally a goodwill, which isn't a bad thing. The items are sold as is basically what you see is what u get. The upside is if your are in need of cash they are willingly to take your used clothes and shoes and give you money. But it all depends on the condition and trendy-ness of the items. Overall you can't lose shopping here.

All the workers currently working at this location at this specific time on todays date 2/21/22 at 7: 30 pm are lazy and didn’t not want to go through my items. The wait was 2 hours and they called to say we passed on all of your items do you want to donate if I wanted to donate my items I would’ve went to the Goodwill! The workers could have told me this information as I was bringing in my items. This location lacks customer service and I believe every review posted on this page is true!

Was a little disappointed this visit. Most items looked really really used. Not much has changed.

Very friendly staff and welcoming! A little hectic with what it seems rearrangement of store, but was helped by a very young lady who was putting clothes out in store. Overall great store!

Do not take your clothes here you will not get what they are worth I took three pair brand new shoes I’m telling you they were brand new and they offered me 27 bucks for all three pair lol what a joke I’ll never go back to this place
