I gave this a 5star bc of the friendliness of the staff I received and the no hassle refund I got when things didn't fit and I returned them. That being said, this place needs more organization, space and effort to categorize size and design. I spent almost two hrs on finding my sizes and things I'd like bc everything is crammed together and there is no space to look at items due to it all being crammed so tightly on the racks.

I called before I came to see what I should bring dinner I have to ride the bus and was told mostly summer clothes and workout items I got there after an hour long bus ride and the same guy I spoke with was the same rude person that time me they could not take any of my things. Mind you some of my things were brand new high end clothing. I even brought in new sandals and he refused after I begged him to take something since I had no bus money. I will NEVER EVER go back again. Btw news travels fast

You can sell your lightly used clothes, shoes, accessories and bags here. They do pick certain items so not everything will sell. You can find name brands here even shoes.

The store is unorganized. The staff is unhelpful. The bathroom is gross. I took my clothes to sell and was told it would take an hour to be ready. I returned three hours later and the employees told me that I still needed to wait longer. I took my clothes and left. Terrible customer service. I will not be back to buy nor sell.

Terrible customer service and don't even bother of taking anything here to sell. They only buy what the think is cute and stolen items. I saw so many items with price tags still on them. This place is ridiculous

I come to this location a few times a year to get rid of clothes to update my wardrobe per what season it may be. The waiting process for the clothing buyer to filter through what they want to purchase to add to their inventory at most I have waited 20 minutes tops. I've waited as little as 5/10 minutes for the buyer to pay me for my items. Every one of the employees that I have met here have been very nice and professional never rude and had me out of there pretty quickly.

Its busy on top of being messy. The bag sale was a bit of a joke. Everything that applied to the sale was size extra small or small.

I JUST WANT THE OWNER TO KNOW THAT SOME PEOPLE ARENT GETTING TOLD EXACTLY HOW MUCH THEIR GETTING FOR CERTAIN ITEMS AND I THINK IT SHOULD BE LET KNOWN TO THE CUSTOMER/SELLER BEFORE EVEN SELLING ITEMS. Thanks

Store is really disorganized, but it's a very small front. Still colorcoded though so you can still find things okay. There's a lot of clothes just off the rack and laying around though, and the selection seems really dated. Like, 2014 fashion mostly. I prefer the Greenway store a lot more. More organized, cleaner store, and more recent fashion.

Gone.there to sell clothes 3 times they dont buy any, big waste of time. The board says what types of clothing they are looking for you take, then they tell you they are not interested in it. They are only looking for name brand clothes only.why waste our time. I honestly think the staff doesn't know how to even stock the store with quality clothing

Went here for the grab bag event. It was my first time. It's a nice small boutique kind of shop. The variety of styles was on point. They even have a section for men. The customer service was great!

Good costumer service! And I got good pricing on my stuff. Happy to have gone there! And as I waited I saw a lot of good stuff around that they had!

The store workers were friendly. However, the store was dirty and unkempt to the fact that some items were on floor unnoticed. Also, as soon as items are received a price tag is placed on items without cleaning. This practice is not conducive to health and can cause disease. Also, I brought two basket full of clean clothes and they did not accept any. This is not good customer service.
I hope that I can have a better experience from the store in the future.

Yea this place won’t buy anything so it was a complete waste of my time despite having several brand new items tags still on. They literally passed on everything and didn’t even let look it all over.

I brought a whole basket of clothes in and they bought one out of five pairs of name brand, good conditioned pants. The employee wasn't friendly. The clothes on the rack were okay, but when you boil it down, it's all the same stuff.

Store was messy, cluttered and dirty. Found a shoe - one- and the second could not be found. The young ladies working there were, for the most part, nice, but nothing noteworthy. Suggestion: It was not busy, so there was NO need for three people to be behind the counter. Get out from behind it and straighten the merchandise!

Good place for some items. Not a big selection for us thicker women but I got a nice phone case, shoes and jewelry.

They don't really take shoes and the clothes that are here are more for older people, as in not very fashionable.
