I went in for a trade in and to acquire a new bike. Not only did I get the best for my trade in but also the service was top notch. My new bike had its tubeless ready taken care of and new pedals installed too.

Staff is without say very knowledgeable and what I like the most was providing options and also suggestions that did not focus on selling another item but to better equip my new ride.

At no moment did I feel that this place, ROCKWALL Playtri, was focusing on money at all but in the art behind the bike. I could see that they enjoy their craft as much as I do everytime I get to spend time fixing and tuning my bikes.

Will for sure come back and recommend to all my friends.

P. S.you might also learn about a few cool blue grass bands once you are in there.

I needed help with my bike brake pads, they helped me find ones they said would work. Charged an outrageous amount for the same thing I later found out I could have gotten for 1/4th of the price. Got home and they didn't work. I called them find out my options and not only did they not help, said I can't return or exchange but proceeded to tell me that it is normal for my brakes to rub. Ive since gone to a different bike shop and they said I was basically told that so I would bring the bike in to them to get more money out of me. Brakes should not constantly rub! Def would steer away from this place.

So. I never leave reviews but I changed my mind today. My husband and nephew came in to look at electric bikes and was told that my nephew did not "need" an ebike he needs to be peddling on a real bike. My husband informed him that he already has one and then was told "well that's a good one" so they left. Good way to make a child feel bad and mind someone else's business. Do better.

Best place I’ve found so far. Knowledgeable guys in the shop and always fix what I mess up. Would highly recommend if you need any parts or anything fixed to check them out. Best in town

They've changed names so many times I had to look at the location to see if it was the place I was looking for, wonder if it's to reset the old Google rating.

They won't help assemble my bike at all. Was willing to pay for services but they turned it away. It's especially upsetting because they are the only ones in Rockwall.

Have gone here multiple times - always quick service, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! There are other bike shops closer to me but I drive the extra distance for this place. Can't say enough great things about these guys.
