Plaza Townhomes at The Medical Center, Houston TX

I put in a work order this morning of a broken garage and they fixed in a few hours. I love the customer service; and the property and my neighbors are amazing! Great place to live!

Love living here! This place is absolutely gorgeous! The sizes of the townhomes are phenomenal! Great home feel! I can honestly call this place home! I don’t really go to the office but my application and move in process went great. My leasing agent was sweet and had a piece of my favorite candy with my keys waiting for me!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation for family owners There are places of entertainment and a garden and a place to practice sports exercises, and the house is a dining room + hall + two bedrooms on the second floor and each room has a bathroom + bathroom on the ground floor

Love this place and the staff is amazing! Very conveniently located to everything and in the heart of the Med Center. Great value and overall great community!

I absolutely love living here. The location is perfect, management is wonderful, and just an all around great place to call home!

The Plaza is a wonderful property. Not only is the office staff friendly and willing and attentive to the needs of the tenants, the location itself is great. The unit is spacious and I have enough room for my entire family of 4 and our family pet gerbil Herbert. I able to get the kids to school on time as well. I have an easy commute to work and don't have to deal with too much traffic. The residents are pleasant as well. I believe this is one of the best properties I ever committed to. I'll be here for a long time.

Hated to leave this place after 5 years but ended up purchasing a home out in Richmond. Very convenient to Medical Center (shuttle service was cheaper than driving) and had huge closets. Super quiet and small community so not a lot going on. Would recommend this place to anyone.

MANAGEMENT RUNNING THIS PLACE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT NEIGHBORS HAVING OPEN FLAME CAMPFIRES INSIDE THEIR GARAGES. DO NOT RENT HERE.

This place has an issue with bugs, rats, crime, and extremely poor customer service from lead management. Would not recommend this to anyone unless they have very low standards and want to spend a lot of money.

Believe every horrible rating about this place. I recently moved from there in January after living there 2 yrs. When I first moved in they were under different management. Customer service was bad but the employess were nice. The new management team, especially, Asst Mgr Marlen and a guy name Broderick are HORRIBLE. They are very unprofessional! When I moved out, I personally cleaned the apartment and made it ready to moved in by the next person. After 2 months passed I called to inquire about my deposit. I was told by Marlen that I had "charges"? She went on to tell me how dirty the kitchen was and about stains on the carpet. Not only was I not getting my deposit but to add insult to injury she said I OWED them $175! She also refused to give me the name and phone number of their corporate office. I had to do research and find it myself. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN! If you move out, video tape your place, take pics and even request a walk thru with the Manager because these people are THEIFS! I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER MOVE IN THERE!

This place is extremely bad. The management is horrible, they are unproffessional when talking to customers and simply are a pain to talk to. The management traets their customers with a lack of respect and doesnt really view the customer as a customer. The appliances in the apartment are extremely old and cannot really be used. The ac unit was always broken before we moved out and probably still gives problems to the new tenants because the maintainace man just kept coming and adding freeon, not really fixing anything. DO your self a favor dont even consider this place!

Very quiet and so convenient to 288 and 610. I plan on being here until my house is ready but recommend these townhomes
