Pleasant Grove Florist, Texarkana TX

I am disappointed in what was delivered at a cost of $119.08. Based on website Christmas bouquet advertised for less than $100, I expected more for $100.

Ordered a dozen roses for my wife at 9: 15am for $95. They were delivered at almost 5: 00pm with the wrong sender name on them and they look like they went through a hurricane. I've had good experiences with Pleasant Grove Florist in the past but not this time.

I ordered flowers to be delivered Mother’s Day. They never were delivered, in fact when I called she said she cancelled my order because it was too busy. Didn’t bother to call or email me. So a sweet Mother’s Day surprise was soured. Not to mention I was charged money for flowers that were never delivered.

Stopped in for a last minute Valentine's gift and Abby was an excellent host stopped what she was doing and hooded me up! Abby went up and beyond! I'll always shop here!

Ordered flowers on Valentines for my mom. Didn’t get the exact arrangement I paid for due to the shop selling out. I called same day to share my experience with staff and to my surprise today my mom got another arrangement delivered and a phone call from the shop. The new arrangement was beautiful and they allowed her to keep the previous one. Great way to take care of a customer! Thank you we appreciate it.

Beautiful arrangements! This florist literally opened their doors when I needed them most. The arrangements are always stunning, unique, and an excellent value! I will ALWAYS use them!

OMG. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! My uncle passed away 10-22-20. We’re from Lubbock, Tx and were not able to attend the funeral so we ordered a standing funeral spray flower arrangement. Well they took a picture of the completed arrangement right before delivery. My mother paid $150 for an arrangement that was HORRIBLE! My cousin took about 7 pictures to show my mother what it looked like. I wish I could post pictures on this review but I can’t. Well by looking at the pictures they removed flowers and placed old wilted flowers on it. On the pictures it looks full and on the one that was delivered had a lot of emptiness. How could P. G. Do this to a family that is mourning over a family member that passed away from Covid?

Marcel Yates is the most creative & best floral designer in Texarkana! Her new location on Texas Boulevard is very spacious & tastefully decorated with all her beautiful live plants!

Pleasant Grove Florists have beautiful arrangements, excellent customer service, and reliable deliveries. Would highly recommend this store.

The arrangement my wife got from me looked alright but it wasn’t really close to what I had asked for. It was missing 3 types of flowers that were supposed to be included and had waaaay too much greenery/filler for what they charge. Her’s wasn’t delivered until after 3: 00pm, other florists had no problems getting deliveries made early in the morning at her job so she had to wait all day wondering if they would show up. They were ordered a week in advance and I realize Valentine’s Day is busy but it’s not like it’s a new holiday.

I walked in right before they closed. I told them roughly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and they quickly made me an arrangement that looked great. Thanks!

My husband went in to buy flowers for his sick grandmother and was charged an outrageous amount for an ugly bunch of flowers. They didnt tell him the amount until they rang it up. They didnt ask him his price range. I am absolutely appauled at the $86 he spent on the most horrible flowers i have ever seen. We will never recommend this place and will never go here again.
